I would give 0 stars if it would let me. The owner of the store is horrible, management is everything and when YOU the OWNER dont respect the customers, youre going to have issues. Evan is AMAZING and working on a $1,600 computer build for me and hes so helpful, if it wasnt for him I would not be at this store. Im the person to never write reviews and I had to log in and make an account to let everyone know how HORRIBLE this owner is! DO NOT SHOP HERE, but if you have to... ask for Evan. Update: I was told to come get my computer because it was done and to bring it back the next day to finish more updates so I could play the game Ive been wanting to play for almost a month now. Thats when I called and ask to come in and the owner insulted me and made me feel like Im a complete idiot. The Owner has since reached out to me offering a 110% refund of my $460. He told me I could use it to find another company, after looking for 2 weeks to find the perfect parts I paid the money to have them ordered. These are my parents and hes not letting me get them, he wont even let me come get my parts because I dont want the money It took me weeks to find those parts. Instead of letting me get the parts he bans me from the property and issues me 100% refund, not even giving me the "10%" he said I could use to find another company. This man doesnt even keep his word, PLEASE be careful when coming here because I dont wish this experience on anyone else.

Rick and his Team of professionals provided excellent service for our computer solution requirements - development of a Virtual Machine (VM). Although it took them a little bit longer than the initial estimate due to the lack of detailed requirements on our part, the final product was operational on the first try. They even provided us with Step-by-Step instructions for setting up and configuring the VM and are providing on-call support for installing the VM on other machines. During the work, when we called to inquire about progress, they were always available during normal business hours and quite often during the evening hours. Their responses to our questions were clearly articulated and explained in understandable terminology - Very Good Customer Relationship Management ! I have found this company to be reliable, customer-focused, and reasonably priced. Each HCS computer professional we dealt with during the process presented themselves with integrity and true concern for not just getting the task completed, but with our satisfaction.

This place is awesome. I run a business and am pretty good with computers myself. But anytime I run into something that stumps me I call them up and the problem is solved. These guys know their stuff. Ask for Alex. I swear there is nothing that guy doesnt know about a computer or how to fix it. He know networking too. Five stars all the way...

I gave this company 2 stars because of the lack of respect they have given me. Ive called several times to make an appointment to have my computer looked at and still havent heard one call back. Whoever owns this store needs to do a better job of returning phone calls! Will be going somewhere else who will answer the phone and accept my service.

I used the services here today and was very pleased! I had hoped I had a easy problem and it was, but I could not fix it. They did in 10 minutes and were very fair and reasonable. Not a fancy place but who cares about that if they solve your problem! I will go back there when I do need help which is very probable. Thanks Evan!

I own a business and someone came out the same day that I called, which happened to be in the evening. Found problem with my computer right away. The gentleman was very knowledgable and their cost for repair didnt cost an arm and a leg. Very happy! Will definitely use them again!
