I had a water damaged Lenovo laptop and had attempted to fix it myself with minimal results. Had Francois look at it and within two weeks (I had no time constraints) I had my laptop fixed with no replacement parts for only the fixed repair fee. He stressed saving me the most money (spending time to fix the problem himself before attempting to buy replacement parts) and made sure I was satisfied with his service every step of the way by calling me with updates.
