Ive been using this place since 2010 as my regular computer store, especially whenever my tower breaks down, or if I just need recommendations for upgrades. The staff here is very helpful and surprisingly adept at their job. And if what you need isnt in stock, they will pull it up in a matter of seconds and have it ready for you usually within the same week, depending on the day that they place the order. I also always check the parts they order for me online once I get home to check the prices to make sure theyre not tossing in any extra charges. Everything checks out. This place built my first gaming rig for me and I couldnt have been happier with it, and theyve always been glad to answer my questions I had while Ive learned about computers over the years. If youre in the Gallatin TN area and you need a gaming rig or just a good computer built for you, or if you need something about your computer/laptop fixed, then look no further than this place. Theyll find the source of the problem rather quickly and have it fixed for you in no time, usually. The only thing I could possibly find to complain about, and since Im writing a review on the internet Im pretty sure that I have to, it would be that it seems like they function rather slowly under heavy work load. If you take your tower in and they have to take it in for a few days, and they have a few orders ahead of yours, it can take some time for them to get to it. Im someone who probably couldnt live without their computer for more than a couple of days, so that might just be me, but thats only thing I can complain about. Great staff too, Im always greeted by one of the employees before I make it to the counter, theyre all very friendly and are quite efficient at what they do. I wouldnt recommend them over any other stores in TN, but thats my personal preference. All around great place in my opinion, and its definitely worth your time.

Ive used this shop for parts for a few years now. They always are very helpful and dont seem to act like I dont have a clue and actually to listen to my "self diagnostics." I stopped by a week ago and discussed a power problem. Well, of all days, today it snowed and my computer wouldnt stay running for more than a few minutes. Since I needed to work from home, I called to see if they were open. No one answered but I left a message. I was called back around 11 and was informed that they were closing at noon because of the snow, but they would be happy to help me. I loaded up the computer and arrived at 11:45. They tested my power supply and found that it certainly was defective. No charge for the test and I was back up and running in no time as they had the part I needed in stock. There was no rush to get me out of there. They really are customer focused!

This is a convenient place to buy common replacement parts when there isnt enough time to wait for an online order. Their prices usually arent the cheapest. However, its worth the price premium when you need a replacement parts right away.
