Worst customer service in Nashville. I purchased two brand new computers for my business, and simply needed a few adapters to connect my monitors to the new computers. I called them because they were recommended, but what a mistake. Instead of trying to help me, I got an immediate lecture on why I shouldnt do what I needed to do. I know my way around a computer pretty good, and the guy I spoke to simply jumped to a conclusion without knowing exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Turns out the application I needed the adapters for worked out just fine, without any problems whatsoever. With this kind of attitude and lack of customer service, I wont even think about recommending this company, nor will I ever call them back for anything ... even if theyre the only place in town to get what I need. What a complete waste of my time.

I had to make a return which is normally a grueling task. The staff was so kind. The gentleman who helped me (I like to call him thin Harrison Ford in lieu of his real name) was very understanding of my need to return the product. There was even an on hand cash shortage, being it was early in the morning. He even went to the lengths to cut me a check on site. I will be returning to this store as soon as the need arises.
