James has always been available when we need help. We have 3 computers in our business and 2 personally. We have needed James and his speedy expertise with computers many times over the past few years. He has helped with the hard drive crashing on our laptop, replacing a bad USB port on a Desktop, and installing and updating many different types of software on ALL our computers. He is FAST and very knowledgeable on current issues in the electronic world! When i just cant figure out how to do it myself, I know I can call him to help with ANYTHING electronic and he will be able to give me a solution. I know all my computers are protected and working properly after James works on them. Thats one less thing I need to worry about! Thanks James.

I took 2 laptops to Mr. Nichols he said it would cost more to fix than get another. So I bought a Dell from him and sold him my laptops for $25 each. I told him I had a desk top that needed repair, he said ok. I have had trouble with the Dell since it was purchased from him, no return call to make an appointment. Now the fan has gone out of the dell - I have left 5 messages for him so I can schedule repair, and get desk top fixed I know I will have to pay for the fan, it is out of warranty. 5 phone calls later and no return calls to schedule an appointment. He sold my unfixable laptops for over $200 each
