Spoke to Jeff Monday morning and made appt for that afternoon. Went over issues with laptop and while I was there he looked up replacement keyboard online. He found a reasonable priced item with short delivery time and placed order. I decided to leave laptop with him, as I live in Jay and it was a long trip, I was surprised by a call the next day that part came in and lap top working perfectly. Not only did he only charge the price of the part plus $15 for cleaning (laptop over 3 yrs old had never been cleaned - was filthy under keyboard) and replacing part but he also offered advise on keeping it up and running. The price was great and Jeffs people skills are excellent. When I was there, he had several calls come through, but he did not take a single one, instead concentrating on the client in front of him. Hallalujah for good manners!! Would, and have, recommended him to everyone!!!

Called about my home computer quit working and Jeff said to bring it in, took a look at and had to order the needed part. Said it would take about a week. Three days later Jeff called and said my computer was ready. When I went to pick up my home computer, I took an old laptop with me for Jeff to look at. He said that he didnt know if it could be fixed but he would give it a shot. Not only did he fix it, he went above and beyond to get it to work and stayed at the first price he gave me. There is not anyone that I know that would have done that. Best/Most honest helping person that I have had dealings with in a VERY long time.

We called Jeff at Pensacola Computers a few months back with a registry problem in a windows machine at a small business. Jeff had to shuffle his schedule to get to us fast. He was very efficient in solving our problem quickly, and all small business owners will appreciate that he is very cost effective and very respective of time and expenses. We had to make a follow up call to locate a file we needed, and Jeff helped us to find the file we needed quickly. Jeff is easy to work with, considerate, and will share information with you readily. This guy was great. Lightnin struck computer. he systematically confirmed it was fried. he had a refab sold me at a reasonable price. I expressed concern about my life being on old computer. he pulled harddrive and installed it into new. Then I expressed concern I like to burn dvds. he took my dvd burner and put it on new computer. Each time I expressed a concern the problem was solved. price of refab never changed. his home office was very comfortable and was very pleased with way I was treated. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I will never go to a box store again

One of the best people Ive ever met. Hes incredibly nice and really knows his stuff. One of those people that really just loves what they do and loves helping people out. He diagnosed my computer for free and when he found that it was past repair gave me back the parts to prove it to me then didnt even charge me. You wont get better customer service or a better price. He works out of his house, which may turn you off, but please dont make that mistake. I am a 22 year old girl and was completely fine going alone. Really nice family guy running his own business.

We have always had expert service from Pensacola Computers. Jeff always comes through and fixes whatever issues we may have. When we had a critical business machine go down in the middle of a busy day, Jeff provided us a loaner computer to keep us running while he got the replacement parts we needed. He has taken the time to learn our special medical software and actually provides us better support for it than the compan that makes it! His service is always prompt, and professional, and we highly recommend him to all of our friends.

Jeff helped me get a diagnosis for insurance on a laptop that was damaged due to an electrical surge. He not only explained to me the extent of the damage, but showed me the tools he uses and educated me on the nature of the damage and the signs that he looked for. He also provided me excellent consultation over the phone earlier in the week in order to trouble shoot the problem.I would highly recommend Jeffs services to friends and family and will certainly come to him in the future with any other problems.

Absolute the BEST.....Jeff....saved me $500- dollars from buying a computer just from him....Pensacola Computers....i typed in google search ...called him....i had excellent service, accurate....knows everything about a computer.....very smart.....i would never buy a computer any where else......i was looking at best buy.....they couldnt compare to the deal that Jeff gives with warranty and has face to face service....hes excellent .....i give him 11 stars......thankyou so much......

Jeff at Pensacola computers was GREAT!! I have a computer that is a few years old, so he did not have the RAM for it in stock. He told me two places in town that might and two online sources that he would recommend. That is so appreciated when there are so many out there and I dont know who is reputable. He did not get a sale from me today, but I CERTAINLY WILL be calling him again when the situation arises... He seems more concerned for the customer than his own bottom line...
