Definitely recommend these guys. After some scouting around I chose to take my Macbook Air to this company and glad I did. It was not powering on and ended up being a costly repair (thanks to the price of Apple parts) but they patiently explained everything to me, and throughout the whole process they treated me like a primary customer. The labor costs were hardly anything compared to the Apple part. Now I am planning to have them build me a custom PC so I dont get stuck in the same situation when a part goes bad. Great place to take your business. Very knowledgable and kind.

Experience has been good with them in the past but for my last visit, they figured out my pc was fried by an electrical storm. When I picked it up, they said twice that the only things left in my pc that were bad was the cpu and hard drive. Replaced those and it still wouldnt work but it turned out my motherboard was also fried so I had to get a new one. Not knowing about the motherboard in the first place delayed getting my pc up and running for about an extra week. Theyre also pretty expensive but they do generally do a good job from what I can tell.

If you have a problem with your computer, they can fix it. If you need a new computer or a good upgrade to what you have, they can build it. If you need a crazy powerful gaming machine to pwn your friends, they can definitely build that. Want a super computer to carryout your diabolical evil genius plans for world domination, I’m pretty sure they have you covered there too. The best computer store I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I rushed and bought a new CPU with no consideration if the motherboard bios was ready for the upgraded architecture of the excavator cores from AMD. Short version of the story is they were very knowledgeable and helpful to set me up with a great motherboard and even a free bios update. Best tech service in the area
