Great selection on computers , and also great service and generous employees. DCW is most definitely about their customer satisfaction , and think alot about what computer the customer prefers and the condition of the computer and what technology the computer has to offer , and very fair with the priceing of the computers and with trade-ins. AWESOME JOB DCW KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY SUPPORT AND THE SUPPORT OF YOUR MANY FOLOWERS... P.S. I dont exactly remember who i talked to but i have brought in two computers and the first one was a hp lap top and the second one was a screen desktop hp aswell and gave me a fair price for both and the lady employee was very nice and generous and she gets a 5 star personally from me :D and so does the boss man too lol thanks for everything.

I normally do not leave reviews for the majority of services I use, but I had to make an exception for my friends over at the Discount Computer Warehouse. Being a freshmen at Notre Dame has its complications and I have to keep my laptop in working order. From routine maintenance to removing viruses I am covered. Additionally I am in a long distance relationship and when my audio jack broke I was devastated. There was absolutely no way I could afford a brand new PC. The team over at Discount Computer Warehouse not only did me an excellent job but they already had my audio jack in stock thanks to their massive supply ready to go. Fair prices, excellent delivery times, and friendly staff that understand my needs is why they get me coming back! Highly Recommended!

I have never personally done business with Discount Warehouse Computers but I have spoken to them several times about laptops and such. They are very professional, friendly people who have their customers and fans best interests. They are quick at answering any questions you might have and very helpful in trying to find you the best laptop that is just for you at a price you can afford. if you have not check them out, go to their facebook page and give them a like and look at all the great prices for any of your computer/eletronic needs.

A few weeks ago I had to travel to Indiana for a business trip. On Friday I was putting together a presentation for my meeting when my laptop suddenly died. I know little to nothing about computers so I was worried since I had to meet with coworkers on Monday. I called around and luckily I was able to find Discount Computer Warehouse open on a Saturday and they were able to fix up my computer under a few hours and have me ready to go! Great service here and incredibly helpful staff. Thank you for saving my trip!

If you live anywhere close enough to them, it is worth the drive. We tried closer places that ruined a laptop, treated us horribly, and still charged us, to get back the computer so we could get access to the hard drive, but Discount Computer Warehouse wasnt crooked like that, they not only know what they are doing, Discount Computer Warehouse has great customer service and that is something all companies need to strive to have again.
