My daughter flew out for a holiday visit and had a list of things she wanted to do. Fixing the broken screen on her iPhone was top priority. She had prior comments to w/ Radio Shack to send her phone out to be serviced paying $100. She had realized the she needed her phone in her possession at all times for her military school unit and was unwilling to pay the $200 to have it fixed in the Radio Shack store. My husband found QuickFix online and I used my GPS to direct me to their location. Dont be alarmed with the stores location because once you get inside the boys at the counter will win you over. They had great customer service and offered my daughter an affordable amount to fix her phone within the hour. I was surprised that a reputable company such as Radio Shack couldnt provide my daughter with the same convenience and cost as QuickFix. Even though my daughter had already paid and committed to Radio Shack to fix her phone she went with QuickFix because they were able to accommodate her and her needs..I will recommend these boys to all my friends & family as a reputable company to service your valuables.

Our Samsung Galaxy Tab 3s charging port needed repair after a family member forced a charger in it. We took it to 2 different places before the 2nd repair shop directed us here. We were beyond frustrated when we found out not only was the charging port bad but also the charging terminals and the battery. We use the tab mainly for our 1 year old daughter on road-trips which we were 1 day away from taking a 13 hour road-trip to PA. We were told the tab might not even be able to be fixed after we had already spent $130 to get the port repaired (we found out the terminals and battery were also bad after the transaction). Luckily the owner had another tab (LG) and offered us a trade with $10 back. Although I loved the Samsung Tab 3, the LG tab is surprisingly my favorite of the 2. Although we were incredibly frustrated the end result turned out better than we expected with the owner going above and beyond. Would def do business again in the future!

I have had issues with 2 phones I purchased there. I spent $170 on what appeared to be slightly used sidekick. Slowly, the phone began having software issues. I was told it had a virus and they would charge me an extra $50 to "flash" the phone. Have you heard of cell phones getting viruses? My daughter had not downloaded anything strange. Its a rip off. They are not just selling phones they take in on trade, but purchasing returns and re-manufactured junk. Enough of this, I thought I was getting a deal. Turns out NEW cell phones with warranty are way cheaper and wont have issues. Buyers remorse big time. Ask questions, where did this phone come from exactly? what is the warranty? Owner told me he checks out all the phones they get in. How? by turning it on? The owner is a pretty young guy and doesnt appear to be a software or cell phone engineer. No refund, no warranty. No more.

When it comes to electronics you always need people who know their job and of course with a fair price. Quickfix repaired my iphone and ipad couple of times. They are extremely friendly and do the job fast and neat.Their service comes really handy when manufacturer guarantee on product expires and you have to get a refurbished item for a ridiculous high price. I was lucky to find them and do the fix fast and with a fraction of the money big companies ask. In my case once, my iphone home button stuck and apple store asked for 270$ for replacement. Quick fix did the job in an hour and replaced just the home button pad. I have not had a single issue with my phone since then and saved a whole bunch of money. They also have a good insight about electronic products and give you the best advice possible. Dont miss them!

Great experience! Wonderful customer service! My HTC Amaze phone was run over by a car (but continued to work!) and the screen was totally smashed. These guys were able to fix it, and for a LOT less than a new phone ($90). I read the reviews; they sounded promising, so I gave them a try and was not disappointed. From the first phone call I made to them, until today when I picked up my phone, they have been courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They called me to let me know the part had come in and they were repairng my phone, and called me when it was finished to say it was working great and I could come get it anytime. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again. THANKS!!!

The place I usually go, Powerbook Medic was closed on Saturday. With a 15 month old, two working adults, and no home phone service, the option of going without a phone for 2 or 3 days as I was used to was not an issue. Never mind the fact that it wouldnt even get started until Monday. I called them up, and a friendly voice let me know that they could in fact replace the phone ear speaker and get it done that day, likely in about two hours. I show up, am informed that it will only be one hour and handed an invoice as proof they had my phone. Very professional and proper. All in all I cannot recommend their service enough. I have become a converted customer, and will use them for any future repair issues on my phones.

To compare- I had an iphone 6S with a cracked screen I initially took to a competitors business in town. They said it would be 5 days til I could pick it up and the cost would be $245.00. I decided I would call around. I called Quickfix, got the answering machine and did not leave a message, literally 30 seconds later I was called back & asked if I had just called. I asked him their price to fix the screen on the iPhone and it was atleast 100$ cheaper and could have it fixed within the hour! I took it to them straight away and was beyond impressed with their customer service and the phone was fixed perfectly! They even added a glass screen protector for free. I will definitely ALWAYS use these guys in the future!

These guys were really impressive. #1 Cheapest price in town. #2 Best customer service since the Apple Store. #3 My galaxy S3 was thrashed and the manager/part owner behind the counter knew exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed. They also offered a discounted safty glass cover after the repair at 30% off. That glass protector works like a bullet proof vest and makes my phone look hardcore cool. Others at work thought I had upgraded to a new device! #4 under an hour for the whole thing! I highly recommend you go here for phone repairs and or pc issues. I never give five stars. Quick Fix off of Governors Dr. Next to the Connoco station is just that good. -defab

Took a tablet in for a damaged screen. The store personnel expressed some reservations about the cost effectiveness of a repair of the tablet, due to the cost of the replacement parts. After discussing the issue with them, I decided it was not worth the cost. Although I did not get the tablet repaired, I really appreciate their effort to repair the unit and also their frank discussion of the issues and risk involved with the repair. If I have another issue with a phone or tablet to be fixed, you can be sure they will be my GoTo shop. I highly recommend them!
