DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE. Yes, theyre cheaper than everyone else, but you pay for it in the long run. I have taken my laptop there twice. After I picked it up the first time, I noticed some pictures in my folders had reappeared that I thought I had deleted. I thought it was strange because I was sure I had, and started feeling paranoid because my SD port had been clicked when I picked it up like someone had accessed it, but Ive never used it. I was just having a DC jack fixed, there was no reason for anyone to be in my files, or messing with my SD port. I wrote it off thinking I was crazy and used this place again because they were cheaper than other places I had called. This time when I picked it up, I looked at my "recent places" immediately to verify my suspicions, and 4 documents and pictures folders had been modified the day before I picked it up, along with deleted files restored!!! Again, he was fixing the DC jack and there was no reason for him to be in my files. Im 100% sure this place is creepy and he was going through my pics, and no telling what else. Thats absolutely disgusting and intolerable. Unless you want your private life snooped through and probably stolen by a smarmy old creeper, dont trust this place. If that doesnt bother you - the service isnt that great anyway. He didnt call with an estimate before, just fixed it and said heres what you owe. And then it was $75 for him to rig a plastic piece for my jack with some glue. Supposedly that took 3 hours.

This is a nice little company right off of West End, right next to the Express Way exit. I called him, asked about some software work on my brand new desktop computer, he told me it would take him about an hour, got there Saturday at 10:30 AM, and came back around 11:30, everything was totally and correctly done and for such a reasonable price, my gosh it is wonderful to be able to have some computer work done and not pay a fortune for the work! I grabbed some cards and let him know I would certainly be back! My overall experience could not have been better! I rate this company very highly! Jenny

The guys are amazing! I brought my laptop in a few days ago do to overheating and a broken fan. I needed it within two days and my laptop is a high end gaming system. No small task for them. They were very professional and courteous. The tech cleaned the laptop out completely and fixed the problem with the fan instead of replacing it, saving me quite a bit of money. Not only that, but he fixed it twice as fast as I had expected. Literally less than 12 hrs. I highly recommend Eagle Computer Repair for anyone needing fast but economical service with a smile and a handshake!

This small shop was a great find. The customer service was great & so was the price for my repairs. They offer FREE troubleshooting & estimates, when others want $65 as soon as you sit your Laptop on the counter. They say free pick up & delivery in Davidson County, I live up the street but that sounds great too. Omid, the owner, was honest and didnt try to over-sale me anything. Getting my laptop back up & running, upgrading my dinosaur with 2GB of RAM was great at $125. Go check them out!!!!!

Visited here for a failing keyboard on my laptop. The technician cleaned out the keyboard free of charge for me to see if itd go back to normal, and when it didnt, he ordered the parts and kept me updated on the shipping. Once the part was in, he finished the job in 45 minutes. Very satisfied. Quick turnaround and I dont know how much keyboard replacements cost elsewhere but I thought the price was very reasonable.

This dude is the real deal. He always fixes my stuff in 24 hours or less, his prices are absolutely unbeatable. My PC was DOA, wouldnt turn on, not even a flicker. I thought it was a goner. He got it up and running again and it cost me only $60 for repair, labor, and diagnosis. $60!! Im self-employed and my computer is my lifeline. Ill never take my machine to anyone else.

Omid runs his own one-man computer repair shop. I brought him a burned-out system on a Saturday, he cleaned it and checked it out, did a range of repair estimates, and advised me to buy a new cheap system from Sams Club -- transtalled my blue-ray burner and old disc -- all for around $100. Hes an honest guy and delivers on time. Im recommending him to all my friends.

This is the best computer repair shop in Nashville area bar none!!! The Owner is very polite and will take time to explain and answer your questions. I walked in sick, carrying my laptop with a hardware issue; simple, cheap, straightforward. They had the problem fixed in ten minutes and I think took pity on my bad day; the charge was only a dollar. Ill ever go anywhere else, and Ill recommend them to everyone I know.

My computer was so infested with viruses it would not open. Omid worked on it for several hours and now it is working fine. He even re-partitioned my hard drive with no data loss. He was so inexpensive I tried to give him more money but he refused. You need to go there!

Omid is the man. Brought my 15inch Macbook Pro in for a corrupted hard drive and video card. Took a bit to get parts in but thats not up to Eagle. After that it was finished in no time. He even let me come in a few times to get data off my hard drive before it was done.

Fast turn around, extremely friendly service, and reasonable prices. The part that I needed for my laptop was going to cost $175 and take 4 weeks to ship from China, so Omid used his inventory and repair skills to fix it for half the price.
