I went here when my computer would not turn on, I was told the hard drive needed replaced, and it would cost $700. I got my computer back 2 days later, and it continued to crash and I had to take it in 4 times over 2 weeks. I finally went to another location, did not tell them where I went previously, and told them I had had my hard drive replaced recently. I was told my "new" hard drive was actually a used hard drive, and that I had essentially been swindled out of $600. I went to read other reviews about them, and found it interesting that the day I had gotten my computer back, there was a GLOWING review of them by someone with my name, with my exact problem. I looked up the user and they had only posted one other review, a negative review of a competing computer company, written on the same day. I looked up the other users who had glowing reviews of them, all the other users only had one review, that of Computer Pros. I will NEVER go here again, tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. I have spoken with others who have similar stories. They take advantage of their Green Hills location to use cheap, old parts and charge hundreds of dollars more. PLEASE do not go here. They will ruin your computer, use old, used parts in your machine, and try to swindle you out of extra money at every turn. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau over this altercation. If I can stop ONE person from using this "business", that will be enough. NEVER AGAIN!

I wrote a review earlier, only to have it ripped apart falsely by the "owner" of this sham of a business. First of all, I am not a "friend" of ANY competing stores. Secondly, NEVER did I say I wanted the work done for free, all I said was that I wanted ALL of my information deleted from their database. They offered to check my hard drive, which was they replaced with a used part in the first place, never offering to do it for free or without cost. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and abrasive, even after I calmly explained my frustration, he immediately blamed me for the problem. Also, I would like to point out that I made a point to not say what other computer repair place I went to, all I said was that I took it somewhere else, and they told me about the part without my EVER telling them I had previously taken it to Computers Plus. I NEVER asked for my charges to be deleted, so that is a complete lie. I dont want anything from this "business" except the chance to tell people to not go here ever. They can write all the fake responses they want. I made a google account SOLELY to stop people from going to this sham of a business. Maybe you should stop preying on people who dont know about computer problems and are trusting you as a business person. COMPLETE SHAM of a business.

I went to Computer Pros after the guy at the Apple Store said my 06 MacBook needed a new harddrive and that they would be cheaper. They were really friendly and replaced it with a nice one really quickly. Then, noticing that my casing was cracking they informed me that that it had been recalled and they could replace it for free. So they ordered one in for me, and got it replaced the next business day. Then, about a week later, I started having the SAME problem (sudden shut down) that had brought me to the Apple Store in the first place. They kept the computer for a day, ran it through a bunch of diagnostic stuff and stress tests and cleaned it out for me, and told me that really I just needed to avoid over-heating the thing. I didnt have to pay for them doing that either. They are always nice and polite and patient with the fact that I can be kind of dumb about this stuff, and I think some other people would have made me pay for telling me I needed to try to not over-heat it. They also seem way more knowledgeable than the Apple "Geniuses" who are always kind of dumbfounded when I come in and always run through the same routine, whatever the problem is. Not that the Apple guys arent nice and all and eventually get the job done, but I definitely feel more confident with this place. :)

I traded in my iPad2 for store credit and bought a MacAir here. At first I wrote a scathing review, because the shipping department for the store misplaced my product, I got it a day late and missed some key deadlines. I thought about not doing business here, but Josh, the owner, called me and said he would make things right. I went back into the store a day late, he was very apologetic and paid me a bit more money for my iPad trade in. Also, Jaysen, the worker who first helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Then, Stuart, another worker listened to my problem and did his best to help and was very kind while I told him my complaints. All in all, though shipping affected my order, the guys were professional. With the amount of money they offered me for my iPad2 after the shipping debacle, I really couldnt have got another deal anywhere else. This is the reason I will now suggest people to go here. Even though my order was late, they owned up to the fact it happened and compensated for my missed deadline. If you went to a bigger, more corporate office, this might not happen. Jaysen, Stuart, and the owner, Josh, understand customer service. Check this place out if you want to buy/trade-in anything.

I have a MacBook Pro that needed the battery changed (diagnosed by the Apple Store); however I would have to check computer in for couple of days for Apple Store to change it. So I called around to find an authorized Mac dealer with same day service. Computer Pros agreed to change on the spot for $100 and 70 diagnostic fee, which would be waved if I bought the battery. Price was comparable to the Apple Store. Six months later the computer would not keep a charge and only worked with the cord plugged into a electrical source. Brought computer back to Computer Pros with receipt and was told there was nothing they could do without charging me another $70 diagnostic fee that would not be waived even if it was the battery. I left very unsatisfied. I later had a computer tech from a friends company take a look at the computer. He found that the battery was a cheap battery from China that was not worth the $70 diagnostic fee much less the $100 price for the battery. Beware horrible customer service and below standard products. This store should not be an authorized Mac dealer.

Computer Pros is a solid company through the thick and thin. I brought my computer in a few weeks ago because of their being a wiring issue under the motherboard. After the diagnosis they were able to fix the problem. However, when I returned home the wifi driver was not working. So I called them back about the new issue, and they said that I would need to re-install my operating system which would cost them close to $300. However, I asked them about the original diagnosis and how they werent able to find both issues when looking at the computer as a whole. They said that they should have checked for other issues during the initial diagnosis. So instead of charging me for the re-installment they were going to take care of it. However, they were not able to fix the new issue and suggested I take it back to the manufacturer. While doing so, they also gave me back my initial $87 for the first problem. During this whole process I was quite difficult because of my frustration with the laptop but this company maintained outstanding customer service and professionalism.
