I started sending my oldest child here in 2011 when he was just 18 months old. I checked out many different schools/daycares and was starting to question my decision to go back to work. That is until I walked into what was then The Little Red School House. The structured atmosphere made me feel at ease. With a teaching background, I knew what I was looking for in terms of a classroom setting. I wanted to see a detailed schedule on the wall, a warm atmosphere that was engaging for the children, as well as a friendly faculty. Not only were all of my expectations met, but exceeded. I now have two children here, and am very happy with my choice. My youngest was only 12 weeks old when he started, and being that he was so young, I was a bit apprehensive (again) to go back to work. Yet again, I was very impressed with the care he received in the baby room, as well as the Teachers willingness to help me keep him on the schedule we had worked so hard to adhere to at home. I strongly recommend Rainbow Child Care Center! Not only are my children in a safe, caring environment, but they never cease to amaze me with all of the new things they continue to learn!

At Rainbow Child Care Center my child receives the best in enriching educational experiences from the staff and administrators during his day. He always welcomes me excited to show or tell me about the learning that has taken place that ranges from (but is not limited to) learning to read, write, telling stories, singing songs, and playing games. His classmates greet him with hugs and are very friendly and from a diverse background. His teacher is top notch, up to date with growth data that my child is showing from the work he has completed from the beginning of the year to now, and showing what is to come and what can be expected as excelling, normal or proficient, and what needs our attention. The friendly staff is always approachable, well dressed, smiling, and they go beyond being customer friendly. I would tell them all thank you by name for being a part of my childs life but I would be afraid to leave someone off of the list so I will just say, "Great job to all of you at Walton Rainbow Child Care, you make life easy, fun, and enjoyable for me and my child!"

“If there was a rating better than outstanding, I would defintely give it. The experience my daughter has had has been spectacular! The teachers know my child as an individual and treat her as a special person, with love and understanding. Her development, growth and education are at the forefront of their activities and interaction.We also love the extra programs offered like Stretch N Grow and Happy Feet. I recommend Rainbow Child Care Center to those looking for outstanding childcare in the Union/Richwood area..

My son has been attending the Walton RCC since the beginning of 2015 and he has absolutely blossomed. I thought his language was good before but wow have his verbal skills exploded since being there! Hes 18 months old, for reference. The staff is friendly and seems to take a special interest in each and every child. We are very happy with the experience we have had!
