Although there have been some changes since they switched from Little Red School House to Rainbow Child Care Center, I wouldnt want to take my child anywhere else. The only change I have seen that is an inconvenience to the children and parents is the more strict policy on medicine, but the policy is clearly put in place for the health and safety of the children. My son has went there for almost a year and a half and he loves the place and the teachers so much there has been 4 times when he cried because I was taking him home. The children are well taken care of and go through an education program while attending. My son could speak sign language before 1 year old and within a few months past the one year mark he knew all of his colors, shapes, and animals. There are also occasional family fun activities and nights where they offer to extend hours for a "parents night out". His current teacher is so great we have discussed having her babysit him outside of daycare. This place is definitely one you can trust.

Since Rainbow has taken over this facility from Little Red school house it has not been the same. When they converted they insured parents that things would not change and slowly the have move in changes. Not for the good either. They now have a food program in which most children will not eat, also have changed the teaching style in which the children no longer being taught in a way to readily prepare them for kindergarten. My family attended this location for 7 years until now, my child cried and did not even want to walk in the door every morning since the changes. The turn over rate used to be nonexistent and I cant even name 5 teachers there now. The director is very impersonal, rude, and not approachable. Deanna the previous director was great she always said good morning followed by the childs name and the parents "Ms or Mr. so and so". Although she has passed away. This was a great place now I can not even say that or recommend it to another.

teachers are great.used to love child care provider, unfortunately sense the director passed away I honestly cant stand the director they have now. just so rude and not friendly whatsoever.. they need to get someone who likes being around people to run everything because the new one is just not fit for that position. its sad to say but i wont recommend this location to anyone. i really miss the director that passed away she ran it great , was so friendly , made me feel so welcomed every time i droped my child off in the mornings. now when you walk in your lucky to any kind of acknowledgement your even there. just very unpleasant to be around. i dread even having to ask a question about my children or there services.. . its not the center its who is running it. im sorry but i know im not the only parent that feels this way.

My Godchild was enrolled there for all of a day when the grandmother made an unannounced visit to find the child was crying at the top of his/her lungs in a highchair while only one adult when (two are required) is not a regular caregiver was over in the corner of the room on her cell phone. It is my understanding that cellphones are a big no no in childcare facilities and this woman didnt give two s@$ts about the children. We were warned that this location was subpar but took a chance and chose to base our impressions on experience. We were dead wrong. We will NEVER recommend this location to anyone who values and loves their children. If it were possible to give a negative star rating for this place we would. You have been warned people.

Director Shanna is fabulous--shes is extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. The curriculum is wonderful and I really feel like my child is not only well cared for but in a loving environment.
