I went 4 years ago to get a muffler reattached for my 1995 BMW, they said it was a "permanent" fix they had done on it. Well a week and a half later my muffler is dragging the road again. After realizing they had only put on pipe clamps and not the part they had "specialty ordered" in for me. Yes, very special indeed. Then I was argued with that they had done the job the solicited, which cost me 550$ for a damn pipe clamp. Finally after two weeks I got my money back, I since havent given them a chance. Last night my clutch went out on my 2003 Mazda and my father reassured me they were great and I should try again. When I called I was answered by an older man who seemed mad to be taking a phone call and when I asked for a quote he then huffed and puffed like my 4 year old Nephew does when he throws a tantrum, put me on hold and 5 minutes later tells me itll be 1,300$. (500$ more than the average quote I received from other mechanics). I never write reviews but today put me over the edge, these people only help you with kindness if youre 50+ years of age and will rip you off on the prices any way they can. Also they flat out lie, cant handle liars. Im sure they do great work for people they know, but if youre a 20-30 year old they treat you like an idiot and a problem. Needless to say I wont ever be calling this place ever again.

Starter went out on my Excursion; were full-time RVers who were just passing through for a few days, so we needed to get back up & running quickly. Even though they were extremely busy, Joey & the staff at Car Medics took my truck, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part & had it installed in less than 24 hours. Friendly folks, great location, honest & timely service. Highly recommend!

I took my car there this week, not knowing what all was wrong, or anything about this facility, and was taken care of immediately and efficiently. Needless to say, I became an instant customer and highly recommend it! It is hard to find an honest company to take your car to now, but I found one by accident!

9/27/2013-just picked up my 05 cadillac and was surprised to get an explanation and see the old part that was replaced. This was my first time to visit car medics but I will return in the future. I saved money plus I got excellent service. Kudos to the management , you are doing a great job.
