If i could review this so called "business" negative 5 stars i would. The only reason i went to this shop is because the owner tony developed a repor with my mom a few years back. I called last week and spoke with tony about my power steering, and that there was a line that was leaking. He let me know there would be no charge for him to look at it and if it were indeed a line then he would not need to touch the rack. Well with the information given to me by tony, the owner, i brought my vehicle up today. Now mind you, when you walk in you are greeted by a huge dog, the place smells of booze and dog feces, there is a pool table in the middle of the waiting area and blankets everywhere. This alone would make me walk right out.. but i looked past this as tony was great with my mom. Speaking with audrey behind the counter she stated that there would be no charge to look at my vehicle but tony thought it was my rack. At this point tony was in florida. Well i went ahead and left my car for them to take a look, bob specifically, and recieved a call an hour later with audrey informing me that my power steering rack was broken in half. Now my dad has been a mechanic for 30+ years, i work at a service center.. you cant drive a vehicle if the rack is indeed falling apart as she stated. So i ran it by my dad and let her know we would have to wait to have that done as she quoted me 450$. Which was not what i was expecting when i spoke to tony the week prior and he said at most 200$. Now with that being said she called me AGAIN an hour later and said she spoke with tony and there was going to be a 40$ charge for them looking at my vehicle. I was pretty upset at this point and voiced that to her, i was told more than once i would not be charged for them to look at my car so clearly... i was upset. I then went to get my vehicle and she put tony on the phone. He was very disrespectful and told me "not to cut him the f*** off" So i stated go ahead and take the 40 and i will just never return. As Audrey was entering my card information tony called back and told her not to charge me. Come to find out they already had flattened my tire.. i saw it as i approached my vehicle but knew it was not a good idea for me to go back in. Needless to say, the owner of this so called business is unbelievably disrespectful. The staff is very unprofessional and as you walk in you already can tell the service you are going to receive. I guess they decided since they already flattened my tire, not to charge me the 40. Im looking into filing a police report and i highly recommend you or your loved ones not to trust your vehicle in the hands of these individuals. For all you know you could drive off with your kids in the car and they messed up your breaks. Please look else where and dont put yourself or your family in danger! And to boot, the owner is now harrasing me on facebook! What a great business indeed! Keep it up and youll have harrassment on top of property damage. I simply posted a review so noone has the experience i had.
