This place is super racist. If you are not caucasian i would recommend another tire shop or a different goodyear. I am a black male. I had to wait for about three hours for them to replace two tires. When i went inside i saw a black guy standing around waiting on his repair also. As i was waiting i saw white people getting new tires getting in and out quckly under an hour. I was shocked but not surprised. I needed one of the tires repaired after i picked up a nail a couple weeks afterward. Same issue i had to wait three hours and anothet black guy was there when i arrived and was still there when i left three hours latet he was getting 1 new tire. Ihavent been back after that and would recommend them to whites only

Really disappointed with their service. After purchasing a set of tires, my TPMS light stayed on. After checking the code, it indicated a malfunction. I returned to Goodyear for repair and they wanted to charge me $90 to replace it. I stated it worked prior to them putting on the new tires and charging me for new a TPMS kit. All they could offer was for me to keep driving for a week or so and "maybe it will turn off". After spending almost $700 for tires, I am disappointed they would not stand behind their service over a $30 part. The TPMS sensor is inside the tire, so there is no way I could have messed it up. This had to have happened during the tire change and they refuse to support their work.

Bought tires here under the 6 year prorated warranty as mine had trouble holding air. They honored the warranty (sears would insist it was 4 years, goodyears website clearly says 6), so I was able to get about half off since I only used half the tread. That being said, still walked out with a 475$ even though half off tires. Charges higher than some places around for the mounting and balancing. Ended up leaving the car and coming back the next day. They did check the alignment for me before I left, so that was nice. Overall good customer service, as others have said wait not the best. if you drop off your car in the morning they have a shuttle.

I used a "$25 off $50 service coupon" on their advertised price. I was told that I could not use this coupon, even though the coupon quotes "valid on advertised price." I also checked the oil level and it was too high. The manager tried to tell me that it was "supposed to be above the high mark." Took 2 hours for a oil change when they called me to bring my car in early. I am not complaining with the oil change and the tire rotation, just the poor service.

I have been bringing my car here for about 5 years. I live near by and usually drop my car off for service. They are busy and sometimes it takes longer than you would think. I call first and plan my schedule around it. With that being said, they always do a good job, and they are nice to me. When I picked up my car today, they had washed my car and replaced a tire at no charge, in addition to the scheduled work.

Ive been to this location several times. Each time expect to leave your car or wait 3+ hours for something as simple as an oil change. I recently took my vehicle in to have the tire repaired.....BIG mistake. For a service others charge $10-$15 for, we paid $38 plus tax.....Rip Off! Never again will we go here......I would have rather bought a NEW tire than pay that much for a a repair of an old one!

Booked online for the 4:00 to 4:30 slot but someone called at 7:30 early in the morning and told me that you need to wait for 4 or 5 hours for just an oil change so what is the point of booking online. He did not leave any choice but canceling the appointment. Never go back again.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced; everything worked great. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up later, so Im not sure how long it took. They also give a discount for SCO students next door.

They are very rude and lazy. Wouldnt fix my tire 3 lugnuts fell off they told me to leave my truck over night. And they may fix it tomorrow. They wouldnt let us use a 4 way. So we could tight the 2 lugnuts

I know of 5 people who dropped their vehicle off at this Goodyear for an oil change and was told after that they had a nail in their tire.... could be a big coincidence but its something to think about...

Didnt have the tire I needed in stock (wierd size) but they helped me get back on the road anyways (put on my spare). Appreciate the manager Brian and their great technician James.

Great service. Had some radiator and heater hose work done and my car worked great afterwards. The staff was very friendly and honest. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had to have a tire replaced after getting a flat. On par with other service centers. Decent service but probably a little expensive compared to similar establishments.
