Update 2: Well they stood behind their work. Had it realigned again today. And dispite for the second time requesting they torque the bolts to the 140ft lbs as required by the manufacturer they failed to do so. They instead relied in a regular box end wrench or standard length ratchet. As soon as I got home I set my torque wrench to 140ft lbs and low and behold took no effort at all to tighten the nuts another 3 revolutions before I was able to secure them at 140ft lbs. So if you like moderately tightened suspension bolts on your 2500HD then their you guys. Update: Drove to Centralia last night for the fireworks and hit a rough bridge. Wammo! Knocked the control arm loose again. Pulled my tool box out in the parking lot and got it out as best I could, actually torqued the bolts drove home down a terribly rough road and amazing it didnt loosen up again. Want my money back! Gonna have it done some where qualified. Went for an alignment and price was fair. And I know my truck 21yrs old. The problem is that I waited 2hrs for the alignment to be completed and was well aware that the alignment may not be perfect. Only had it done as I recently installed many new steering and suspension parts. The trouble is that when I got it back it had a pull to the left and as I drove the 13mi home it got worse. I looked at the upper control arm bushings and they had forgotten to tighten the left front. My problem lies more in the fact that the counter person didnt seem to grasp the severity of the situation, that had the bolts shaken out the suspension on that side coud have come apart and sent my truck into a terrible collision. He offered little more than an, oops sorry. Tore up the inside of my $220 tire and they didnt even examine the bolts as requested for damage since they were absorbing all the forces from the road, for the 26mi round trip, rather than as intended in combination with the bushing assemblies. Not likely to return to this store.

First of all I will say the staff was very friendly but they did not do the services they were supposed to. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I brought my car in my back right tire had low tire pressure and when I left my back right tire still had low tire pressure.... so they obviously did not do the tire rotation or check my tire pressure which was supposed to be included with the oil change. Pretty disappointing I was hoping this could be my new go to place for my car.

Well I dont purchased new yokahomah tires thinking that the price was out the door price and NO no road hazard now I have to Shell out another 250$ for another tire and wait to see if they will prorate the new tire that I got back October I couldve got cheeper tires .But I dont put junk on my baby 99 ranger been so well taken care of everyone is at dismay about her age she awesome and flawlessly maintained see told ya so

Scam artist. I bought parts for my truck. Took it here. They quoted me a price. Call me a half hour later saying I bought the wrong parts. Had to argue saying they were right. And come to find out they were trying to work on the wrong part on my car. Then was trying to charge me almost 100 more than what they said. I will never use these people in my life. Stay far away from this place

I had an emergency on my way from St. Louis to Effingham, on a Saturday, after noon. I called to explain the situation, and I was assured they would check it out and try to get me on the road ASAP. The issue turned out to be minor, but they were able to correct the problem in short order and get me on my way. More repair shops need to have Saturday hours like Meineke and Midas.

I had 9:30am appointment for front end alignment and when I got there they inform me their machine is broken. I think they could of called me and canceled the appointment. With gas prices the way they are I didnt appreciate it. Maybe they dont mind waisting fuel but I do. I was supposed to get oil change also. I was so mad I took my car to Wal-Mart and gave them my business.
