One of the things I most try to avoid is to go to a mechanic before knowing what is wrong. Yesterday I called in to ask them to fix the knob in my car that turns the air from cold to hot so I could take it in today. Being winter and having it stuck on cold, I wanted to get it fixed before I had to make too many long drives. After receiving my phone call and a written note (that explained how my knob was broken and I knew it was the issue because I was the one that broke it) in a plastic bag with my key when I dropped it off at the shop, Bonnells proceeds to run all possible diagnostics totaling $140 when that should have been $0 seeing as I told him what was wrong before he ever did anything via phone and a WRITTEN NOTE. To actually fix the issue, the parts and labor totaled $55, but I was required to pay the full $195 in order to get my car back. I went here because there were good reviews on Google and I knew some people that knew him, but due to this poor experience and unfortunate dishonesty, I will not be taking my car there again.

I used their towing services. They were very helpful and friendly, and gave me a ride to work after dropping my car off at the shop. Would recommend to anyone.
