While I was glad for the weekend hours, they did not address my problem in an efficient manner. My Buick AC system had developed a R134 leak. I knew this because I know how to charge R134, and I had recently charged several cans over the past couple weeks only to see the pressure leak back out. Easily verified on a pressure gauge. I made an appointment for 9:00 AM on Sunday so they would have all day with the car if needed. I suspect the main problem was the care coordinator (Ray J?). I explained the issue to him just before 9:00 at the shop, and I explained what I had done. I asked if they would dye check for a leak. He said yes. I asked that after the dye check, and after the leak was identified to call me so I could discuss repairs. I went home and waited. And waited. And waited. At 2:00 PM I called. Ray answered. "What about the Buick? Oh! They are working on it right now. OK, please call me as soon as they know something. I need the car back before you close at 5:00". I waited, and waited. Finally I called back after 4:00. Im pretty sure it was Ray again. "What about the Buick? They recommend a evacuation and recharge. What good is that going to do? It has a leak. The leak needs to be found and fixed. Well, they cant inject the dye unless it is charged. You were supposed to call me. There isnt enough time to dye check and repair before you close at 5:00. Never mind, Ill come pick the car up". I felt fortunate to get away with only $38 charged for a visual check. The wasted day and more days driving without AC in the hot Memphis sun - priceless. Poor communication. Poor organization.

Worst experience Ive ever had in my life I recently moved to this area a month ago and needed a new serpentine belt on my car Valvoline said they couldnt do it so I went across the street to Firestone everything was fine until I noticed that I was the only on in there and 30 mins went by before they started working on my car. My car is used Ive had it for almost 3 years and have never had any major issues with it they come out and tell me my steering wheel is stuck and ask me if I had ever had problems with it before u looked at him puzzled because I never have. the manger insisted that I had by the look on my face (which was a confused look) he tried to tell me that I had had this problem before and placed the blame on me. I believe they broke the ignition switch and then tried to blame me for it I went to work and Valvoline after work my car was perfectly fine at both places but when I went to them it just breaks all of a sudden? All they did was offer me a 10 dollar discount and temporaryly fix the problem and now I can not drive the car even though I just paid for a new serpentine belt if you do take your car there pay close attention and really know the condition of your car

I found it odd that they would have 4 vehicles in racks at 8:45am while 5 techs were standing in the middle of the floor eating breakfast sandwiches. (I didnt know Firestone paid its techs to eat breakfast in the shop) I then ask the lady at the counter how long it would take for them to patch my tire and she said it all depended on when they were able to get to it. I then asked another lady was that normal for all the techs to eat breakfast when customers are waiting. She then said that they dont have any tickets... Oookay, last I checked there were 4 vehicles, plus the 1 I just brought in, I count 5 tickets. She obviously didnt have a better answer for my questions. I can see why this location has a low 2 rating. Im a fan of Firestone, but wont be coming back to this location. Amendment: After waiting for an hour, one of the ladies came back to me trying to upsale me on two tires. (keep in mind I came in for a patch on 1 tire) I told her that she could have suggested that to me instead of having me wait here an hour, afterwards I told her I didnt want the two tires and she responded saying well we cant patched the tire. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!

I drove to Collierville from Clarksville, TN one morning (3.5 hour drive) to see a used vehicle that i was interested in. I had a wedding at 6 oclock that night and needed to be out of Collierville by 12:30. I test drove the vehicle and knew that I needed a mechanic to check it out before I bought it. I went to Goodyear first and they said there was no chance of getting me in within an hour. I then went over to Firestone where they said they were slammed and had about an hour wait. I explained that I understood but was from Clarksville and really needed a quick check because I loved the vehicle. They were extremely friendly with me and Jason decided he could check it out where they designate a spot just for Oil changes. He looked everything over and even tested its driving. It all only took about 20 mins and I couldnt help but appreciate how he had such consideration for my time crunch. I love my new vehicle and will buy Firestone tires when needed because of the great service. Thank you Jason and Firestone!!!

Ive bought tires for both of my vehicles at the Collierville location. Both times they were the most affordable in the area and by a lot. I was able to put 4 decent tires on my Dodge Caravan for under $400 with taxes and all included, I almost could not believe it. Granted I got my tires on black Friday, but on a regular day it would have been $495 and I paid $396 so I saved about $100. On black Friday I called Goodyear (which is next to Firestone), Gateway, Costco, and Raleigh Tire and they were all $500 + for the same mid grade tire, and that was with their black Friday deal. The tires I bought for my Toyota Yaris a few months ago have been great so far. When picked up my vehicle today it was a quiet ride home. Both vehicles have lifetime balancing and tire rotation. The tires on my Yaris has 50k warranty and the tires on my Caravan have a 65k warranty. I am very satisfied with the quality of the tires and the service at the store. I will definitely continue doing business with Firestone.

I reached a few minutes before my scheduled appointment for an oil change on Sunday morning. After waiting for one hour, when my car was not even taken in, I asked how long more it will take. The lady at the counter responded "about 40 more minutes." I took my keys and left. There were 3 workers who were not working but sitting around a table, chatting and having sandwich. They make appointments (online, by phone and in person) but do not honor them. If you are going to serve on a first come first serve basis, what is the point of making appointments? By the way, earlier Firestone used to use the Castrol GTX oil but now they use the Quaker State oil which is the same as what Walmart uses for their $19.88 pit crew oil change service. In contrast, Firestone charges close to $40 for the same service. Sometimes they offer coupons for $19.99 but still cannot beat the standard Walmart price. Why would anyone want to get an oil change at Firestone is beyond me.
