I went to look at a used truck from a private seller a few days ago. I wanted to have the truck looked at before making a purchase so we went to Atlas Tires. They looked at the truck and told me it needed $1,000+ in repairs and that it wasnt worth the price it was being sold for. The truck was a beauty aesthetically but had problems. Im glad I took it to them. They knew the seller well but I was the customer and they made sure to handle everything professionally and to give me their honest opinion. Saved me a good chunk of change. I highly recommend Atlas Tires. Theyre very nice and very helpful and very honest. If I lived in the area, I would go to them regularly. They also had free coffee and donuts!

The service and integrity here are unmatched. Ive never felt scammed as I have at many places before. They are upfront and honest about necessary work and the cost of the work needing to be done. No hidden fees or costs at check-out. Its a bit of a drive for me compared to other places nearby, but I wont go anywhere else because of the service Ive received here. They truly care about their customers. That seems to be a rare thing nowadays.

These guys are great not only do they provide amazing customer-service and super fast repairs. They are also super honest several times they have given me a price on a general repair only to find out that when I go in there its cheaper than what they said because they were able to take care of it faster than they thought and pass the savings on to me when they could have just jacked up the price and I wouldnt have known the difference.

Can I get at least another 100K? YES I CAN!! Having just crossed 100,000 miles, I knew that we needed a reliable partner to make certain we can get at least another 100,000 miles. Atlas is that partner who can treat us just as well as the dealership, but for a lower price. Atlas has almost exclusively handled our Chevy for every service appointment, and I know Jim, Casey, and Rich will be here for years to come!

Some additional work was suggested for a future visit to address a mechanical problem. Fortunately, I checked it out myself and discovered that the the problem did not exist. Im all for preventative maintenance, but please dont invent problems hoping the customer wont independently verify.
