On afternoon of the December 27, 2016 our water pump broke on our vehicle traveling from Virginia to San Antonio. I called around to different auto repair shops around the area and everyone kept saying it was getting close to closing and that they were full for the holidays except Joe at Northshore Automotive. He stayed later than he had planned to wait for us to arrive assured us it would be fixed in the morning. He got us back on the road the next morning. They are very friendly, dependable, understanding. Thank you Joe your got home safe. Liz

Joe has done all the work on my vehicles for the better part of 10 years, and I have never been disappointed. If any problems appear after he services the vehicle, he makes it right. Tried twice in one week to get a brake tag. 1st time the man said the brake tag guy is not here come back later. So I came back the next day, he wrote the person in front of me a brake tag, but then told me that the brake tag guy was gone and he was closed...wtf? Cant imagine how they would treat a customer looking for car service. Stay away from this place.

Joe has been doing my auto repair for years. Always quick and affordable. I know I can trust him to get the job done right. Ive since moved out of Louisiana but I have a lot of family in the area so oftentimes Ill postpone minor work until Im back visiting to get Joe to work on it. Highly recommend.
