Just had a horrible surprise. My boxes were missing but there were no signs of break in. There were no emergency numbers to call. Left voice mail. Answer machine says the manager is assisting other clients. No replies. Made a police report. I just hope they have surveillance cameras where the locker unit is.

Mrs. Lou and mrs. Stephanie at the airline location were so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Very thankful for the friendly staff at cubesmart. Other storage facilities do not compare. Very clean facility as well.
