I am a college student who lives out of town so I needed a storage unit that was close to campus to store my things for a few weeks while I transitioned to a different apartment complex (btw, they only do one month minimum rent). I booked a storage unit from CubeSmart a little less than a week online for a decent price and the day after, Fred called me to set up a time to get my paperwork done. When I arrived at the office, Fred greeted me right away and he showed me around the storage unit and the exact size of my storage container. Although my storage container is on the third floor, the freight elevators (which are passcode locked) are huge and very long. There are carts that are available for transportation use which made the trips to the storage box move more smoothly, however, the cart base is pretty short (maybe 3-3.5 feet). My storage container was very clean upon initial inspection and the size I chose based on the website fit everything that I needed. This storage facility is also climate controlled - definitely on the warmer side of the thermostat. Overall, I would recommend this storage facility if anyone is looking for a place to store their things at a reasonable price.

wonderful experience at a rough time. I am moving my 94 yr. old mother to a new assisted living facility. We need to store some of her furniture. Fred is so kind and courteous and always available. He made certain that the movers were accommodated and everything went smoothly. The facility itself is safe, well lit and easily accessible at all hours and on weekends.

Third floor leaks, damaged my belongings, and didnt compensate me for the damage. Told me to contact my insurance. Of course that wouldnt cover my deductible.
