I would have given this one star, but the food is actually pretty good. Its just the service is TERRIBLE! Definitely one of the worst restaurant experiences Ive ever had!!! I went there tonight with my daughter, and she even said she doesnt ever want to go back there again because of the way we were treated. We walked in and stood in front of the menu board trying to decide what to order. There were about 8 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing but literally staring at us. The manager walked up and asked if we were ready to order, and I had just decided what to get so I said yes and waited for my daughter to let me know she was ready. Then, all of the employees started laughing at us, and the manager said in a very condescending tone as if making fun of us, "Well, you order OVER THERE....where it says ORDER HERE, ok?" So, I walked a couple of feet to my right and stood directly under the ORDER HERE sign, and then that same manager walked over and asked for our order. She then laughed and said, "I didnt mean anything by that - sorry". All 8 employees behind the counter again started cracking up laughing as if they were high on drugs and we were just the funniest sight ever, and the manager just kinda laughed and said, "they just want to get off early tonight". When my daughter was ordering a sandwich, she asked the manager how the sandwich was dressed, and the manager said, again in a very condescending voice as if she was talking to the two dumbest people on the planet, "how about we just start with medium or large and then well get to that". My daughter made it very clear what she wanted on her sandwich (just chicken, cheese, lettuce, and honey mustard - not rocket science here), and it actually showed up correctly on the receipt, but when we got home and she tastes it, it had horse radish on it!! I tasted it and it was bad. Im thinking this was done on purpose because when we were leaving, one of the guys said, "have a good night.....well, a hot night," and started laughing. This was the same guy who spoke to us while we were waiting on our food and taunted us saying we were scared of them and didnt we want hot sauce...look at all the hot sauces, etc. Im just wondering if they all go in the back and get high together and then come out and make fun of customers.. It was truly crazy. We will not be back.

Worst restaurant Ive ever been to. Ive never tried them but I heard their chili is good, I called to make the order to pick up. I told them everything I wanted and asked how much it would be. She told me it would be 8.64. So my mom dropped me off to pick up, the girl in there told me it would be 9.72. I said "I asked you before I came in and you said it would be 8.64 so I brought only $9 in". I was about to run out to get more money but the manager I guess whoever she is came and took the extra money off and said "well next time shell know" with an attitude. And the older woman in the back say something like she was talking about me. I wasnt mad about the price but about the attitude. I asked how much before I came in. You cant just tell a price and then when people come in to charge a different price

I came in at lunchtime on Saturday. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go, and gave them my name. 15 minutes later they called my name holding 2 sandwiches in baskets. No one else responded to that name. They didnt try to offer any type of apology. They just went to taking the sandwiches out of the baskets and started to wrap them up for my to go order. So now the 20 dollars worth of food I ordered was being handled all over the place. I asked if there was a problem, and I was told that there is more than 1 person here with my name. However nobody else responded to it. I said I would rather they remake the food and they assured me nothing was wrong with it. Complete failure for very simple customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I am a local photographer who always carries a camera with me. Today I went to the new Firehouse Subs in Denham Springs to try it out (I had never eaten there). As soon as I walked in an employee behind the counter said "There are no cameras allowed", I said "excuse me?" and he replied, "Seriously, no cameras" He was very abrupt, bordering on rude to me. First of all, I had no intention of taking any pictures, but I wasnt about to leave a $4000.00 camera sitting in my car so I left and will not be back. I should have asked him if they ran everyone carrying a smart phone out as well...

Great food but the sevice was not so great the girl at register got the order right but the head sandwich maker didnt it was simple meat cheese and ranch after we said the sandwich was wrong she got a attitude and wanted to argue with my wife my wife stated the receipt was right she got Lippy it wasnt like they were busy we were the only ones at the store at the time still on the fence about going back if it wasnt for the good food Im not too sure I would even go back maybe Ill give it 3 to 4 months and shell probably be gone

With 10, yes 10, people working behind the counter you would think that we wouldnt have to wait 20 minutes for our food. Unfortunately, the guys working are too bust talking to each other, watching the TV and checking out everyone who walks through the doors. Then, to top it all off, our order was wrong. Stay away.

I ordered, they took.my money and I never get served! I had to drive back to get a refund after contacting my bank. The staff seemed rude and I felt it was all because I was from the North. The thanks I get for helping with the flood relief effort.

Great subs. I have never been dissapointed eating here. Orders are always right and the food is really good. The employees are nice and welcoming. The sitting area is always really clean. I will be a returning customer.

Great alternative to the typical "sub" meal. However layout is sort of cramped due to the only walkway being shared with those in line. Slightly noisy as well but food is great and served quick.

I cant get enough of these subs. They are consistently delicious. There was only 3 people in the store when I went around noon so its good for short wait times.

We eat here a lot and it is always good. The sandwiches are fresh. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is cool. The kids love the fireman hats.
