Horrible YET AGAIN! I have gone thru the drive-thru process without a problem for many years now. Your menu is not that difficult. Im 45 its not a hard thing to do! But from now on I will have to hold up the drive thru customers that are waiting for their food so I can verify that some MORON places the requested amount of mayonnaise packets IN THE BAG! I can understand grabbing a handful rather than counting with your fingers [2-per-sandwich] but to not place any at all in the bag is just being stupid when during the ordering process it was stated OUTLOUD, how many packets I wanted. Yea, little red headed freak I caught that little smirk as I drove off. Cant wait to see you again. Tired of the games Chic-fil-A, either you want to stay in business or not, keep pissing people off and Im sure Home Depot would appreciate getting their parking lot back!

What can I say, it Chick-fil-A. We have been eating at Chick-fil-A for 15+ years. The location in Wentzville is friendly and clean and the food is good and consistent. Chicken sandwiches and nuggets are excellent. We miss the buttermilk ranch dressing and fries cooked in peanut oil; thats why the 4 instead of 5. Sometimes they even have real people outside for the drive through orders and that is nice.

Great location! The staff is friendly and the location is extremely clean and well kept! Food was hot and fresh and even though I went inside to eat, drive-thru seemed to move quickly and efficiently! The image below shows how clean and stocked they kept their condiments even though they were busy and seemed to have been busy prior to me being in there.

Extremely busy, but most Chick-fil-A locations are. Parking is good at this location even though the drive thru vets backed up. Service is usually speedy. Small, but fun playground inside for the kids, although it could use more seating for parents as the room is very small.

Going to CFA in Wentzville? If you see Terri there, tell her that Dan sent ya! CFA always makes us feel welcome and they have the best fast food chicken sandwhich around! My favorite is the Chicken, Egg, and Cheese biscuit. Not on the menu, but theyll make it for you! <3

The food is great its Chick-fil-A but the organization of this Chick-fil-A is one of the worst that Ive seen. Very minimal directions to pick up a to-go order as well as the floor staff was not happy or eager to help or say excuse me when changing out the garbage.

The staff is always very friendly. Supervisors can be seen working just as hard as the staff. They provided exactly what we ordered. The table we chose could have been wiped down but that is my only complaint. The store has free, public wifi.

I once found a midget blow up "3 pleasure hole doll, blown up, and displayed suggestively in the bathroom in this particular establishment. That one incident, gaurenteed my return business for a life time. Except Sundays doe.

Great customer service and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs. I saw a manager compliment one of the shift employees, which was nice to see because I often witness the opposite. Food was delivered fast and fresh also.

Good location that falls in line with others. Clean tables and friendly staff. Very busy during lunch but you can still get pretty good service. This location may not participate on all the promotions in the stl market.
