When asked to move a wire, the technicians solution was to cut completely through 3 studs and remove a 5 inch section of each. To fix their sloppy work, my wife and to disconnect the 220v wire from the panel and re-route it. Took about one hour. Repairing the wall damage and properly supporting the window under which the wire originally ran took another 1/2 day. In addition, we requested a coorected receipt (already paid the invoice) and have been waiting 4 weeks despite multiple calls. The contact, Amy, has been rude and dismissive. Her excuse is that she needs to speak with the owners (William and Elizabeth) but they are unavailable. I have also called and asked for the owners to contact me. Waited a week, but they are still too busy to call a customer that has already paid. I am very disappointed.

I recently used Dixieland to help me update my home light fixtures (which made a HUGE difference), they were very professional and able to help me decide which lighting option worked best for each particular room (as well as my wallet)! They also installed toe warmers (MY FAVORITE) in my bathroom so my toes stay warm all year long on my cold bathroom tile! I will definitely be using Dixieland for all of my future electrical needs in my home, as well as recommending them to friends and family.
