Let me start by saying I have a very busy schedule. We bought a house from Fannie Mae and they did the wiring in the house and installed a new electrical box. We when first toured the house they had some rooms not even hooked up for the lights to work and they hooked up the stove wrong. They were called to finish the job and change out the plug. All they did was make the stove work with the old wire and still charged Fannie Mae for the work they didnt do. We wanted the kitchen outlets changed more recently and called on a Thursday to have them changed. The secretary stated they were busy until Tuesday but would call me back the next day. I had to wind up calling them back the next day and asking to make an appointment. The secretary said since we didnt make anything solid they would come out Saturday. I was thrilled. We made sure one of us was home in the time slot that was decided on. They said they would call an hour before and we never received a call. I understand if people get held up at other jobs but we were the first one scheduled that day. What it boils down to is they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They need to be better at communicating and make sure they let the customers know if they are not going to show up to a appointment that the company as set for the customer.

Let me start by saying that I have a tremendously busy schedule and I rely heavily on the people around me to do the work that needs to be done in a very efficient and quick manner. I do not have time to be involved in all the minor details, that is the reason I hire employees and companies to perform tasks. I hired Superior Services to handle replacing an entire AC unit at one of my rental properties and they did an AMAZING job according to my tenants which are great people that have been renting from me for over 4 years. My tenants told me that they were very clean and neat in the way they performed their job and they cleaned up after themselves leaving no evidence that they were there. I was kept informed as to the progress via cell phone as needed and everything went smooth from beginning to end, I highly recommend this Company for all of your AC needs.

With the temperatures as high as they are, I was in a bind to get my air conditioner working properly without spending an outrageous amount of money. I’ve dealt with quite a few companies yet have never been able to fix the issue I was having because of the cost. Thankfully, a friend of mine referred me to Superior and the problem was quickly solved! A technician was scheduled to come out to take a look the following afternoon. I was beyond impressed for the technician to come out that fast and actually have the proper parts needed to fix my air conditioner! He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire service. A few days following, I received a courtesy follow up call from the manager/owner to ensure I was happy and all issues were resolved. With low prices, a professional and friendly staff, Superior is highly recommended!!

They replaced a part in my AC. They said it was not covered by warranty and left. I called mfg who said "Yes, it is definitely covered and if they are confused have them call". They gave me the run around, would never call back. I had to go to their office to confront them and wasted so much of my time. Their charges are excessive, be sure to get up front labor, part rates, and service call cost. BTW, despite their BBB stickers in their office, they are not BBB accredited. The first review here is obviously fake (the secretary is Jennifer)... PLEASE NOTICE ALL **GLOWING** REVIEWS ARE ON THE SAME DAY!!!!! THEY ARE ALL FAKE!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!

Great service... Fast service call return. Superior was very knowledgeable with my problem, and was very nice about explaining what to do in the future to prevent my A/C from any future problems to save a me LOTS of money instead of having to call someone out everytime it goes out. I will definitely count on them again when I have A/C problems. I have referred them to anyone who says they are having A/C problems because you dont always get the best service these days, not to mention the outrageous costs to repair or replace an A/C unit---- some of these companies want to take your life savings!!!!!

My a/c quit working,so I called a couple of companys to find out what went wrong with the system.I wont mention any other company names,but 2 of them told me that I needed a complete ac system that came with a big price tag.The service tech from Superior came out and checked the system and told me that all I needed was a $75.00 dollar part.He had the part in his van and fixed it right away,saving me a bunch of money.That was about 6 months ago and the ac has been working fine ever since.I didnt have any problem with them.They came when they said they would and saved me a bunch of money!!

Superior was an absolute pleasure to deal with, they were very personable and worked with us in finding the best cost for the repair provided. I enjoyed the fact that the owner himself gave me a courtesy call offering me tips with advice in saving me some monies in the future. The guys that came out were very professional and kind to my family. I have recommended them to a few friends that are also satisfied, which is such a blessing o/

Made and appt. on a Thursday morning and the first available day they had was the following Monday between 8:00a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I received a call Monday at 10:00 a.m. saying they couldnt come out at all on Monday. I dont recommend this company if youre looking for reliable service.
