First and last time ever here. Had a prepaid mailing label for FedEx e-mailed to me. The e-mail says to take the package to the store and they will print the label and attach it. I use FedEx store locator to go to the nearest "staffed location." I get there and they have no idea how to scan the e-mail so they tell me to forward them the e-mail. I do so and they print the label then try to CHARGE ME for the printing. Seriously?! Walked out of there and they literally throw my label in the trash on my way out. I should also mention when I walked in there were 3 people in there: 2 ladies with their heads buried in the monitors who didnt acknowledge me and a third random man in a t-shirt and jeans with his arms folded leaning into the counter doing nothing. Dont go here, people.

Took a pre-packed item to Postnet to ship via Fed Ex. Clerk told me that it was not possible to ship it ground if I used my own fed-ex account number. Clerk told me that the next shipping option for Fed Ex was just a few dollars more. Ground shipping was @ $17. The next Fed Ex option was actually over $50 which was discovered after the fact. Shame on me for not asking for a receipt or the exact price. I checked with Fed Ex afterwards and their customer service said Ground shipping was an option but that locally owned business could offer whatever services they choose. Very disappointing that this happened. If you have a Fed-Ex account and/or ship a lot of packages I wouldnt recommend this business and dont have plans to use them again.

Mailed something today (12/21/09)--trying to avoid the long Christmas lines elsewhere. No waiting line here. However, I do not think they tried to find me the best deal on shipping and it was only I suggested a few things that they found cheaper rates. One of the women working there was not friendly to the other which made it a less than pleasant experience for me. At one point when I asked them to look at another rate I knew existed I got an eye-rolling from one of them. Pleasing the consumer should be their priority and I didnt think they were interested. I dont plan on going back.

Terrible customer service. They cannot print shipping labels for FedEx. I emailed the label for them to print and walked out after they received the email. They never printed the label or shipped my package. When I called, they were rude. They said they would check for my package and call back but never did.
