Worst shopping experience Ive had in a very long time. Terrible customer service!!! Purchased a desk, an employee brought it from the back on a cart and stopped to help three separate customers. We asked him if could bring it up (and offered to take it ourselves) since we had checkout and were ready to leave the store, he told us to wait. After he continued around the store assisting other customers, we grabbed the cart and took it out ourselves anyway. He was extremely rude and the checkout counter was chaos.

Bought a Toshiba laptop in May, 2009. Here it is August, 2009 and laptop died. Will not boot up. Just so that everyone knows Office Depot only offers a 14 day warranty on the product unless you purchase their additional 1 year warranty. Whats wrong with this picture????? Sounds like we dont have enough business so you have to buy the additional coverage so they can make a profit. Will never buy computer equipment from Office Depot again. Will buy on line directly from manufacturer.

The store is fairly clean, though a bit dusty. Most employees have a friendly disposition. I just walked out because I waited 10 minutes at the copy center without being greeted. The associate was helping a customer next to me, yet a simple "Ill be right with you" or even eye contact would have allowed me to ask the simple question I needed answered.

The store is closed at the moment because of the flood but I cant wait for them to re-open. Basically this is the go-to place for office supplies and office technology. Sure, they get busy sometimes (thats a good thing) but if you look lost in the store someone will always help you.

Its usually fairly quiet in the store and the employees are happy to help you find what you need. Very friendly people and they price match so you dont have to go elsewhere for a better deal.

Your typical office depot. Looks a bit run down out the outside and inside. The people inside seem nice but office depots prices have always been a step higher than they should be.

Checkout can be a little iffy on wait times, but when they do realize a long line has formed the checkout lanes get fully staffed.
