If I could give them zero stars I would. I came in at 9 oclock on a Wednesday night trying to print 15 flyers for a charity event, honest to God! I had $200 cash on my person but did not have my credit /Debit card on me at the time (which never happens either). The file that I needed was in my Gmail folder. I offered the woman $20 so that I could use a computer or even just email it to her....but this, according to her....was impossible. I just needed access to the file. She said I cannot do that and that its against fedex kinks policy…since when is it FedEx Kinkos corporate policy to not help and do business with its customers? She literally had nothing else going on....there was no line of customers...I was the only solitary customer in the place. So I asked her what about cash cards, dont you guys have those? She told me they were currently out of cash cards......and there wasnt a single one in the store. I live 20-25 minutes away from any kinkos and this was the absolute ONLY opportunity I had found to go print out flyers. I work hard, I have a wife who is literally about to go into labor with our first child, and Im just trying to print some flyers for a colleagues benefit who had a major accident and she tells me I have to make a 50 minute round trip to get my freaking flash drive or my credit card. Never, ever in my life have I encountered a more clueless, heartless employee...and if these are the corporate policies of FedEx Kinkos then I would like to know what theyre trying to accomplish here. All we had to do was let a customer use a computer and pay cash for his time on said computer. The little woman in this store really seemed to revel in her authority over me in this situation and I really hope she sleeps well tonight knowing she is just screwing over regular hard-working people.

I usually dont have a problem with this location, but certain employees are inconsistent. Ordered 50 business cards and was told it costed $35, when the listed price for 100 cards is $28. I was told it was because extra and unnecessary cuts were added, as well as a "setup fee", which I dont normally get charged. Would have left them if I didnt need them.

Photocopiers used to be able to print google drive documents. Since the copiers were replaced, you cant log into the drive. Ive reported it more than once and it hasnt been fixed. Dont advertise this feature any more, please.

*Updated* 5 star experience. Fast, friendly, and a fun staff. They get it done here. 03/07/16 Not the most convenient location, but they got me in and out super fast. The girl knew what she was doing. 10/07/15

These people hustle so hard. If you come in near closing time they may be backlogged with work but they will really try to do what they can for you.
