Will never go back there ! Use to be a good place when the owner worked there I had an air conditioner problem They put a die in it and filled it up with Freon So nice to have cold air again ! Until the next day hot air. Was charged a $140.00 and something cents the first time. The next day I put it back in the shop only to be told it would be right around $2000.00 ! They said the comm presser went out Picked it up and brought it to the Cheverlote dealership and it was not the compressor at all ! It was just a a slow leak on the tube Cost $0 They have lost my business

I absolutely appreciate these folks!!! I had to have my car towed to them due to my alternator going out. I spoke with Matt through the moment I had to coordinate the tow and arrival time. He and his crew called with the diagnostic and again when my car was done shortly afterwards. Communication was awesome, and they took care of the problem swiftly!! I recommend this place to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on.

My wife and I have two older model vehicles. I find myself going in their about once a month. Randy knows me by name, is a very professional and nice guy. The whole atmosphere of the place is very comforting, especially with the inconvenience of having to get your car worked on. As long as I live in Prairieville that will be there only place I take my car to be serviced.

I needed some rotors for my car and needed a tire to be looked at and Ashlan got right on top of it and showed me different options and prices and told me my tire was fine. Very professional and courteous deserves a commendation in my honest opinion. If you need expert advice and great customer service go to tire engineers and ask for Ashlan.

Called to see about getting 2 new tires for my 2006 Honda CRV. The woman on the phone refused to look in her computer to assist me. She insisted that I tell her what size and to "go look at it." I hung up and called Big 10 Tires down the road. The man looked it up, told me the size and checked stock. Check Engine lost my business.

I have been waiting for over 45 min now for a simple inspection sticker. They have yet to start on my vehicle. I def wont be back. I was going to price tires while i was here, but I will be buying .y tires from Gonzales tire!

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change unexpectedly had to get a tire plugged nail in it. It took three hours. I came in at 7:15 am It should not take that long. They were very nice and considerate, but 3 hours.
