Had two tires that could not be repaired so i ordered two new ones on February 13th. Was told it would take 5 days for them to come in. Never received a call from them to let me know if tires came in, so i went back 1 week later. I was told my tires came in but they could not do it that day because they were too busy. They told me to come back on the next Tuesday and they would be able to do it for me then. I came back today and they tell me they dont have my tires. Great customer service. Told them to cancel my order because I am not going to be stranded on the road due to their negligence. Thank god for Goodyear! They started servicing my car within 5 minutes of me walking through the door. They also are very pleasant people who dont give you the impression that they hate their job and the customers that walk through the door and make them work for their money! Wal Mart has lost a good customer. Management needs to get a grip on this department before they lose more customers!
