Employees are very rude, will call you a liar to your face. When you schedule an appointment online they say that they dont take online appointments when you arrived for your CONFIRMED appointment. Needless to say that after scheduling my whole Saturday around my appointment only to be turned away because the "website was not right" is just downright irritating to no end. Locally-owned non-chain business here I come!
