I really hate to be the guy to write a negative complaint (especially because I also work in the customer service industry). However, I was not at all satisfied with the attitude I had just received on the phone from an employee by the name of "Mike." Prior to this call, I had the store replace my battery on my Honda Accord Coupe for $120. After which, Hondas require a security code to unlock the stereo system, although I received an "Error E" which meant I had to disconnect my battery for 30 seconds then type in the correct code once connected again. Let me be honest - Im not a car person. Lol. So I called to ask - "How would I go about disconnecting my battery then reconnecting it in order to type in my correct stereo security code? Like what tools--..." The response that Mike had interrupted me with was the most negative TONE from any service representative, clerk, or employee has ever given to me - "Why on Earth would you need to disconnect your battery?" ...I just simply wished him a good day and hung up. Ive lived in Eureka my whole life and every time I have to go to this store for parts, service, or even make one PHONE CALL to them, I notice that Ive received just about the same negative attitude from other AutoZone employees like Mike has shown. So... Thank you - but no thank you.

My mom and I were on a roadtrip from Oklahoma to Toronto on June 30th at around 8:55pm and our whole drivers side wheel well liner and underbody deflector ripped off and was hanging and hitting the tire! It was a terrifying situation and all of the auto repair shops in the area were about to close in a minute so I called this Autozone, explained our situation and asked if they could stay open so we could make sure nothing else was ganna fall off our car. They said it wasnt a problem and waited for us to drive up. It was these 2 wonderful gentlemen who came out and gave our car a look over. I feel bad that I cant remember their names but one of them had the brilliant idea of zip tying this hole that was missing a screw. The other gentleman told us where the closest auto repair places were in the area so we could take it to get serviced the next day. My mom and I were so thankful that they stayed open for us so late at night and right before closing! The zip ties have been holding up so far and when we took the car to a Honda dealership the next day they said it was good quick fix until we get to Toronto to do an actual repair job! Thank you so much you two for taking care of us last minute like that! Its our first roadtrip so it was mortifying to have the car just fall apart like that!

I have gone here twice. My experience has always been positive. One man walked me to the isle and helped me pick the right part. The second time I called to see if they had a part in stock, as I drive a 13 year old car. She put my name on it and held it for me. I will use this store again in the future.

The staff here really tries to be helpful. Great place to recycle used oil. They play it fast and loose with returns and warranties too. Seems like they actually enjoy saving customers money.

Always enough workers for how busy the time of day is. Workers do not try to up sale. Everyone knows their way around the store and vehicles to give you the best service possible.

Someone from autozone pissed me off years ago, hate the place. Went back because of a check engine light and they sold me fuel cleaner to fix a bad coil
