My family has always gone here, but now that I pay for my own repairs, this has gotten ridiculous. Theyre so overpriced. I dropped my car off here 3 days ago, and Im still sitting here waiting for my car to be fixed. They said the back brakes were down to the metal, even though my brakes have worked fine and have made NO noise whatsoever. As soon as I picked it up, paid nearly $500 dollars in repairs, and started driving away, my back brakes were making a weird noise. Delores is rude, too. Im so tired of you guys screwing me over, and Ik will never come back here again. What a joke.

I bought new tires in 2011 and last month, I had a flat. When we looked at the tire, there was a horrible crack in the tire and upon inspection, I had another tire with this kind of crack. When I took the car back to Nassar, I told them that I was afraid to only get 2 new tires when I had bought all 4 at the same time. They contacted the distributor and got me 4 new tires, put them on and didnt charge me anything. I cant thank them enough for going the extra mile for me.

I think these people are honest but dont know much about electric work. My windshield wipers worked intermittently so they replaced the wiper motor and pulse board and gave it back to me with instructions on how to move the wiper switch all the way to one end and then back it off and it will work. That didnt last long. They replaced the wiper arm and wires and it worked after $700.00. They need more diagnosing and less throwing parts at the problem.

These people used to be okay. But that rude old lady that I guess owns the place thinks her stuff dont stink, she treats people like crap. She is rude and insensitive. They are overpriced. I like the people that work there, but as long as that lady calls the shots, I will not go there unless it is a emergency and even then I will call around first.

Stupid walked in they ignored me filled out a paper they lost it 5 minutes later and had to do it again customer service sucks I was viciously mauled by William Wagner and Im currently pressing charges. I will not be going back.
