I just had the most horrible experience at this location. I sent me vehicle in earlier to get get an emission and vehicle inspection done. I was informed that i had passed the emissions but my tire rods needed to be replaced hence the failed. I knew there was nothing wrong with it so i sent the vehicle to a different location to have the same inspected and i passed with flying colors. I went in to get a copy of my emissions which i they had passed and was told the machines had been shut down for the day. I asked for the store managers contact information because they were still open and i could not figure out why i had to come back the next day. The gentleman told me he was the owner/manager and there was nothing that could be done. I am personally not going to this location ever ever again.

This review isnt about the store itself, but the douche at the front desk (Jeremy). First off, id like to add that my family and I have been going here since 2006 for maintenance and repairs on 4 of our cars. Jim has provided us excellent and honest service. Today, I came in for an oil change and a vehicle inspection. Dropped it off, came back and Jeremy at the front desk was a dick. I asked him for a breakdown of the prices (because I have a right to know as a customer & the price was higher than anticipated). He answered with a blank stare and a condescending manner (as if im supposed to know). Okay, fine. I swipe my card, he grabs the receipt and pen and SLAMS it in front of me. Hows that for customer service? Or lack of..... Ill be calling corporate.

Could rate better but it depends on what day you go there. Ran more like a personal franchise chain with one skilled mechanic bouncing around. At least thats how the technician that spent three hours not diagnosing my vehicle explained it as he confessed he didnt know what to do but explained the aforementioned. Although he didnt charge me I must say was the only good/surreal part of my experience and made me wonder what he did for three hours. It wasnt other cars because he was mopping the floor when I picked my car up. Also was promised he would call me back when he got in contact with said mechanic never heard back. Ending up going elsewhere and got results, Ive had fine experiences before but like I mentioned it depends on the day but still shady.

Ive been there several times and have some knowledge about repairing cars. My main knowledge about repairing cars is that I dont enjoy it, and this is why I bring it in. Theyve been honest and fair and their assessments and have fixed things in a reasonable amount of time.

Called the shop to get a new muffler so my old car would pass inspection for plate renewal. We called that afternoon, they fit us in same day and finished the job before the end of day. It was nice to have such fast service.

Honest & Reasonable: I was able to schedule an appointment quickly for routine maintenance. They didnt try to sell me on anything that didnt need to be fixed.
