I highly recommend Ott Automotive for all your automotive needs. They are a family oriented, friendly, local business. I am a widow and a single mom that needed a trustworthy mechanic and I definitely found that in Ott Automotive. Every appointment that I have had has been very pleasant. They are honest and upfront about any repairs that may be needed and will give you the least expensive option to repair your vehicle properly. Parts that may be needed arrive while you wait to make it a very convenient experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. You will become a repeat customer knowing that your vehicle has been taken care of properly and honestly.

If I could give them a zero I would. They could not find the leak in my sons car, said they thought it was a seal. Quoted me 2 prices...highest being $400. Take it to another mechanic, leak found and fixed in 30 minutes, $40. It was a power steering hose that was loose. When my husband stopped in to ask they lied and said they told me it was the power steering...... no sorry I still have my notes and quoted prices from that day, power steering was never mentioned.Husbands car has been there 2 1/2 months, get it back the other day run it for a short time it is now back at Otts having to be redone. Not recommended.

Brian is the owner and mechanic. My husband and I both trust no other place to work on our vehicles. Brian got to the root of the problem on my SUV that even the Ford dealer could not figure out!
