I came into this shop needing brake repair. I asked the staff from the outset that I was only interested in what the best price and service they could provide for the front brakes only. An hour later I was presented with a quote that included every upsold item possible concerning the entire braking system. I politely replied to the manager, D.J. Mitchell, no thanks il. Try somewhere else. Mr. Mitchell FLIPPED out, screamed, "Ill give you your F¥€£|^€ -ing car back!!!!" and stormed off into the service bay cursing loudly. I asked him and 3 associates at the place of business for a phone number to speak with the owner, as I have never imagined that any customer could possibly be treated this way....they all refused to give me any information. I would recommend to avoid using this place for absolutely anything. There are many other options out there for simple service where they do not scream curses at you for no reason.

I am a do-it-yourself type of mechanic. I have been working on my own cars for 11+ years now. I typically avoid car repair shops like the plague. Unfortunately it is difficult to find mechanics that truly care about what they are doing. Meineke Car Care Center in Chesterfield Missouri is one of the few that I trust doing business with. I trust that my vehicle is being diagnosed properly, I am being quoted fairly, I am being treated with respect and most importantly I am assured, through the results of their work, that they care about what they do. I hope this post is helpful to those looking for a shop they can trust. I would recommend them to anyone. (I have had a state inspection done, EVAP system leak repaired, tires and muffler work)

FYI the user "DJ" is the manager at Meineke. I went for a brake job and the estimate was twice what the dealership wanted. They said I needed all new brakes, but the rear brakes where fine. All I had them do was an oil change, and they tried to charge me more than that they advertized ON THE BANNER ADD NEXT TO THE CHECKOUT. They did reduce the bill when I pointed out the add, maybe it was an honest mistake. Their mechanics seem competent, the billing and estimating is questionable. The manager (DJ) was not there that day.

Fabulous service! I am a working professional close to this location and at lunch was running an errand and my low tire pressure light came on. I was nervous to drive home with my toddler and wait til the evening, so I quickly pulled in and asked for them to check my tires out. They were quick, found a nail, had me all fixed up and ready to go and back to work in time. Tony and Tom definitely provided great service! Thank you!

These guys really helped me out today. It was 2 hours before closing and my car broke at my work right down the road, the manager DJ sent somebody up there to take a look at it and by 6:00 when I was off, it was fixed. They really went above and beyond, even when all other shops in the area turned me down because I didnt get off work until 6:00, when they closed. They really know what customer service is.

Everytime I go to meineke I get great customer service and best of all great work on my cars. Ive gone there for minor exhaust work all the way up to diagnosing my car to find a bad computer which would have cost thousands at the dealer. But thanks to DJ and all of the employees there I had my car on the road next day. I also trust them with one of my classics and I will never choose another shop.

We dont take our cars anywhere but here. Superb service and friendly staff. Just brought my Escalade in with a screw in a tire. They had it removed and patched within 15 minutes despite being busy! A few weeks ago my daughter brought her car in for a broken tail light which they fixed in under 20 minutes. Service like this is hard to find! Highly recommended!

Took my car here for multiple issues from brakes to misfiring. They fixed all the issues and gave me the best price on parts. I would recommend them to anyone for any car repair needs. They got my car in right away on a busy Saturday. Knowledgeable, polite, and nice. Thanks again guys. Tony the Store Manager really took care of me. Will be back.

They were great! What was going to be a very bad day was quickly fixed and I was on my way. I found a nail in my tire and went across the street to see about getting some help, I sat in their waiting area for about 30 minutes while they checked my tire and then plugged it. I got great service and a good deal on the plug, Ill definitely be back!

Ive been taking my car here for over 5 years now. Theyve done great work on my current vehicle and my previous vehicle (which was still running nicely at 265K miles). Needless to say, my experience with them have been above standard, and I will take my car to them for all my "Car Dr." needs. Thanks guys!

$600 worth of unauthorized services done on my vehicle. Then the manager "Tony" lied to my face and said I authorized it. If you want to pay for a bunch of stuff you dont need, go here. And theres nothing you can do about it.

Based off of my experience with this store, I have no reason not to give 5 stars. I stopped by only to purchase bulk 3in exhaust pipe. So I would not consider my experience very reliable, the manager was a nice guy.

Tried to get in, had a 2pm appointment, but 1/2 hour later still no service. Had to leave got my keys from the counter and got some attitude about how busy they were, so I guess appointments mean nothing.
