My 2007 Camrys 4 cylinder enginer needed repair. Pappas Toyota ran the computer codes and determined that they would repair the 2 major issues for $4,000. This did not include a complete rebuild nor did it guarantee that there wouldnt be any debris floating around in the engine to cause future problems. And Im not sure if there would be a warranty or not. Im very process and procedure oriented. And since this was something new for me, I called Stan a number of times to gather information and to confirm things. He called around and found a replacement engine from a reputable seller. I dropped my car off on a Thursday, they started working on it the next Monday, and had it wrapped up by noon that Friday. It ran and drove like it always had. But the topper was that there was absolutely no grease or oil on my seats, door handles, floor matts, or carpeting. And there were no absolutely no dings, scratches, or scuff marks on the body. Sweet! JC Car Care replaced the engine with a very low mileage engine from the same make and model as mine for just under $5,000. It has something like a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty. This was a mo betta deal than that of Toyota (though I understand where theyre coming from). Stan was a real pleasure to work with. He seems to be very busy but always has time to answer questions. A real gentleman. Kudos to Stan and his crew at JC Car Care!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I took my car in to have a diagnosis ran to tell me all the problems with the car and when I got it back they said it would need a bigger battery, oil pan seal, oil pan drain plug, catalytic converter, and an 02 sensor. When I was driving home from their shop I got about half way home (about 5 miles if that) and noticed my temperature gauge was buried in the red, when I confronted them about this and asked for my money back from the diagnosis because I had to have my car towed home they said that they ran a pressure check on it and topped it off. I have a hard time believing they did that since after my car got home I topped off the coolant and drove for 20 minutes and it didnt over heat. After telling them that and asking for at least compensation for what it wouldve cost me to tow it to my house ($50) the owner tossed $40 at me and said heres 40 are we good? Well no were not good I was lied to and my car was not given the work I paid for so in conclusion I hope none of you make the same mistake I did and take your car to jc car care south Im sure there are some good people there but not the ones I had to deal with today.

they quoted one price then had add ons that raised my bill by 35%. I instructed them to call me IF there would be any additional charges and they did not do that. when i decided to have the work done there it was because they said they could get it done that day and they were cheaper, which both turned out to be wrong. I did call and discuss the bill but they said there was nothing they could do. I really wish they would take down the "Jesus Is The Lord "sign they have in the lobby it gives a false impression that they are a christian company.

I came to JC Car Care through reviews on Google+ and Yelp. They didnt let me down! I called on a Friday morning, hoping to get the car back the same day so I wasnt carless the entire weekend, but was told, of course, that they couldnt promise me but they would do their best. I dropped the car off at 8:30 and got a call at 2:30 that the car was ready to pick up. Great service, friendly, and reasonable price. Ill be back! Thanks, JC Car Care!!

I have been taking my family vehicles to JC for years. I would not trust my vehicles with anyone else. When I drop my car off for a lengthy repair they always drive me back home/work so I dont have to sit and wait. When my car is ready they come and picked me back up. How many other shops around town offer that type of service? Ive had my vehicles serviced at both locations and Ive never left disappointed. I highly recommend JC Car Care.

Very honest shop. I came to them to get a second opinion about a service I received from another shop I go to. They went out of their way to check every possible angle of the problem and the diagnosis was pretty smart, Im impressed. Also, the shop had a full bay and I was sure that they had other service that was of higher priority. Most importantly, they did not rake me over the coals on the bill or push an expensive service.
