I have a 2008 Toyota Camry. Back in January I went to get my rear brakes changed. I got new rear rotors and pads installed and an oil change. Cost about $400. About 2,000 miles later my car is alarming "Low engine oil pressure." So I checked my oil and sure enough, there was just enough to cover the tip of the dipstick. Normally I go closer to 5000 miles before I get an oil change, so Im thinking I have a leak. (either that or they never changed my oil, right?) I added a quart and a half of oil to my car and checked it every other day for a week. It kept its oil level fine on the dipstick. A week later my brother in law (who knows his way around vehicles) came to visit and ended up changing my front brakes for me. I mentioned to him about the oil issue I had and we checked the oil. It was low again. So he got under the car and looked at the filter and felt it. When he pulled his hand away he had fresh oil all over his hand. So we now see there is a slow leak at the oil filter. We bring it back to Firestone. They cant find a leak anywhere, not even at the filter. So they tell us they want to put a dye in my oil to help diagnose where the leak is, for $45. We said no, but when they came back they said there was a misunderstanding, and the tech already put the dye and more oil in. We did not get charged but we were told to come back after 50-100 miles so they could diagnose the leak. We left. When we got home, my brother in law got back under the car. Mysteriously we had a NEW and DIFFERENT type of oil filter on my car. Even though there was NO LEAK found. So basically they screwed up and tried to cover it up. Never went back, never will. I dont think you should either.

They under-promise and over deliver on times it takes to fix things. Friendly guys. EDITED 7/19/2017 Had a broken seat inspected. They ordered the part. I scheduled to come in. Part didnt come in and they rescheduled me to the next day. I run a company and have six kids so it is really difficult to get stuff like this done. I took it in the next day, walked out to a local restaurant and did phone meetings for an hour and a half or so. Turns out they called me about 10 minutes after I left to tell me they ordered the wrong part. i didnt get the message for an hour and a half. Frustrating. No time to come back and do it again. I have no idea whose fault it is, and i font think the desk guy was negligent. No solution offered except cmon back in again and take off a work day(that i definitely cannot do). Gave three stars because Ive had a 5 star experience before, and this experience was not god awful just a huge bummer and super inconvenient. May or may not try them again as there are a ton of repair places on same street.

I went to get my emissions test and they also did their, "complimentary" inspection. I was told that all 4 of my tires had much more wear on the inside then the outside due to cupping and it needed an alignment. I had an alignment done less than 3 months before, when I got 4 new tires, and the most common cause of cupping is broken suspension parts. I passed on the alignment even after they tried to put a bit of pressure on when I was paying for the emission test. I took it to another place to check it out and of course nothing was wrong. They put it on the alignment machine and everything was spot on. From my own driving it didnt feel like anything was off and the tires visually looked to be wearing evenly.

After I got off work and saw I had a flat tire I rushed my car to the nearest Firestone which happened to be on midrivers mall drive (even though the Chesterfield location is where I usually go). There they offered me no help because they were busy. I called over to the Chesterfield location and the lady who works there was so helpful (I cannot remember her name unfortunately). She made this bad situation a little better. This is why we have continued to have our cars serviced at this location. Great customer service.

They told they will have my car ready in 1 hr. Returned back well after an hour the car was still parked in the same place and there was no one in the reception. After another 15 mins wait a guy turned up and said it will take another 30 mins or so. They did nothonor my prior appointment nor told in advance that it will be delayed. I dont trust them

Our service advisor Phil was awesome! Explained everything to us perfectly. Gave us options and never felt pressured. We gave him a time we wanted the car done and it was completed earlier than expected. He called us with a update and called again when finished. All around great experience and Phil is a great asset to the company!

Chesterfield, MO Location: Terrible setting expectations. Feel like I got ripped off. Quoted what I thought was an out the door price. When I asked questions about NTB they dropped the price $60. When I picked up the car, the $60 was back in taxes and other fees. Very sketchy way to do business. Never coming back!!!

Great customer service. Did not make me wait for no reason like other places. Had nails in 2 of my tires and they took care immediately. Rotation plus alignment all in 90 minutes. Tire repair was covered under warranty cause I had bought the tires from Firestone.
