Terrible customer service. I was told Id have my flat on my work truck fixed by the afternoon and Id get a phone call when its ready. 6:30 comes around and no phone call, so I gave them a call. I spent 25 minutes trying to get ahold of their department or a manager to see if my truck was finished... no answer... I tried to call them 3 more times the next day still no answer. When I asked them why wouldnt they answer the phone, they replied they were busy, dispite the fact that, at time of drop off and pick up, there was nobody even at the counter. Bottom line. Terrible customer service.

Sunday scheduled and posted OPEN 8AM for Auto Service Oil Change. Insufficient staff/ techs available to work car. Customer irate called previously was advised 8AM. NOT open till 9 !! Poor service! 10 AFTER 9 Still, not open bay. Staff confused. No idea what is going on. Going to Valvoline down the road in future.
