Dont Be A Fool. I had my car up here to get the alternator replaced. They quoted me "a few hundred". Im stupid and didnt get it written down. I also figured, like at a normal repair shop, they would call if there were any problems or more work needed to be done. When I came to pick up my car, they wrote a bill for $799. I asked what was the problem, why it costed more than they quoted me earlier. The old man was very rude about the situation. He said I was looking at him funny, so he wasnt going to explain me why the extra costs. What a thief. He told me he was going to call the police if I didnt pay. I know an alternator should be no more than $400 at the most. I offered my credit card and he said "I only take cash from punks like you". $799 Cash? No one has that in their pocket. I told him I would be back with the cash, what choice did I have? When I returned with the money in hand, he told my friend who dropped me off that he had to wait across the street or he would "call the cops for trespassing" on his property. Let this guys business fail. He does not know how to treat people. Auto repair shops are dime a dozen, they only have their reputation to stand on. This one is the worst I have dealt with.

Reality check!!! these guys are bogus. after leaving my truck up there for repair, i told them to call me when they know what the problem is. three days later i have some angry old man calling my work (didnt give them the number) saying hes towing the truck if i dont move it by the night. he has refused to work on the truck saying i cant just drop it off (as if i never talk to anyone) after pleading with him to give me one more day to get it out of there he hung up on me.. i was extra polite, even though he was extra rude.. i do not suggest getting work done with these jokers. still not sure what the problem was or why he didnt want to work on it.. after that headache and two tows later i got the truck fixed with no problem and a smile from B&B

i WAS IN A FATAL CAR ACCIDENT LAST WEEK. i WAS THE PASSENGER THE MAN THAT DIED WAS THE DRIVER. i JUST GOT OUT OF HOSPITAL WITH A CRUSHED VERTEBRAE AND A BACK BRACE. i WAS ALREADY TAKING A PAIN KILLER WITCH MY RX WAS IN MY PURSE IN THE VEHICLE THAT HE NOW POSSESSES. THE HOSPITAL COULDNOT GIVE ME ANOTHER rx BECAUSE i ALREADY HAD ONE FILLED. AND THIS MAN JACK IS KNOWINGLY KEEPING MY PERSCRIPTIONS THAT 2 DOCTORS HAVE ORDERED ME TO TAKE. HE WONT LET ME HAVE MY PHONE PURSE MONEY id KEYS PRESCRIPTIONS NOTHING I AM IN NO WAY RESPNSIBLE FOR THIS VEHICLE/ I WAS A PASSENGER A VICTIM AND I AM IN ALOT OF PAIN ALL BECAUSE IM NOT BEING ALLOWED TO HAVE MY PERSONAL ITEMS THAT WERE LEFT IN THE VEHICLE BECAUSE i WAS AIR LIFTED TO THE HOSPITAL

I was very impressed with the honesty, timeliness and politeness of High Ridge Auto repair. I had taken my car to another shop and they told me they could fix it if I wanted to spend a lot of money. When I took it to High Ridge Auto for a second opinion, they carefully diagnosed it and recommended that I take it to a dealer as they couldnt fix the severe issue that it had. They charged me NOTHING for their time, and I really appreciated their honesty. I will go back to them without any reservations with other problems or vehicles.

The owner of this company is disrespectful rude. Please no one do business with them. They are shady and will take advantage of people who have been involved in an accident and car was towed here. They are trying to charge us 150 dollars for a mile tow. And refusing to give us contents of trunk unless we pay this unreasonable charge and their outrageous storage fees. He doesnt care that this poor 18 year old just needs her school stuff back. All he cares about his the almighty dollar

I stop by to get a quote on getting front rotors replaced. I even have the parts. The owner (the old man) very RUDELY told me he wouldnt install my parts. As I left and went to my car, the owner followed me screaming profanities. I dont see how this garage and stay in business with this type of customer service. My advice is to steer clear of them. I will take my business elsewhere.

Jack and his daughter are both horrible people ! Theyre crooks do not do business with these people they take advantage of people and they steal your personal belongings out of cars then attack you I am 8 months pregnant and jack the owner lunged out of his chair and ran at me pointing his fingers in my face!!!! This business needs to be shut down for good!!!!!

Owner and Staff were courteous and fair. Had a new bulb put in my headlight and noticed it was out again about a week later. Waited almost 3 weeks before taking it back up. They remembered me, noticed I needed an additional part, installed part with new bulb at No Charge! I would highly recommend.

PASS ON THESE GUYS! You can get better customer service for less somewhere else, unreal. They need a reality check, I have taken my business else where, where my time, vehicle and money are appreciated.
