Purchased a used 08 KIA OPTIMA LX V6 from a local pre-owned dealer, and the car seemed fine except vibration in the steering wheel at high speeds. I prayed it was in need of a tire balance and that would be it. Dean, a great guy at the desk, had told me its 20 bucks to check a vehicle out, and 7.50 per tire for balancing. After the tires were balanced, I went over to the car and Dean, the mechanic, and myself looked under the hood to check for any problems. Belts fine, hoses, alternator, all looked good. Brakes still had 70-80 percent on them,,,tires were in extremely good condition, plenty of tread....Dean kept me informed every step of the way, and even said the mechanic could take it on the highway for a test drive if I wanted. They really cater to the customers wants and needs. They do what their website states, keep the customer informed of whats going on, whats needed, etc. I called my KIA dealership, they wanted 55.00 to check the car out and 39.95 for the balancing. Dobbs wanted approximately 12.00 per tire. What did Western charge me? 0.00 for checking it out, and 29.99 for the balancing plus tax....I was so pleased that I gave him 35.00 and told him to keep the change, give it to the mechanic. My step- dad goes to this business, and Im glad I do, too. I believe you will as well.

I brought a brand new straight out of the box set of wheels/rims that the msrp price was $2352 straight from the dealer to have tires put on them. They damaged the wheels/rim while putting my tires on them. It was blatantly obvious it was there fault. They were brand new and no one else touched them. The manager argued with me that it was them even though they were straight out of the box in perfect new condition and I brought it back immediately when I saw the gashes and scratches. Also, the scratches in the wheels were nothing like curb rash or anything that possible could be from driving about 2 miles. They were obviously from the machine they use to mount/balance tires and I watched how reckless they were withy car and brand new wheels. Poor customer service from the manager. He also stated that when he was arguing with me about how other customers come in saying this a lot which says to me that they are careless with their work on a consistent basis. Do not recommend coming here if you care about how they treat your car. Huge mistake for me to come here. It wouldve been better if the manager owned up to their mistake and fixed it. It was just poor customer service from the manager, specifically. You get what you pay for I guess. Lesson learned.

Mistakes made, businesses get busy and sometimes things slip. One thing I did learn from today is that warm local business feeling that most businesses dont have anymore. I heard your one short technician and yet still take the time to comment on google and make sure to talk to me. Dean, Collin, Kyle thanks. By the way when not as busy they took care of both my vehicles in 3 to 4 hours. Impressive and earned my business. I will also try to talk to my parents and others to go here cause their prices are good too. By the way forgot to get another oil change with the Acadia, be back soon.

These guys at Western Tire & Auto are fair and I can say I think honest in there dealings which I am finding getting rare these days. This my first visit, 2002 ford transmission leaking profusely so it was mandatory to have it hauled into there shop. Vinny took charge immediately and the service was handled expertly as was the actual service tech who I thought was very knowledgeable also I thought he was careful how he handled his work on my car. So now I expect to take the wifes car in when it needs anything done to it.

These guys are awesome at what they do. The prices are always reasonable and they never pressure you into extra things you dont need. Theyve always gone above and beyond to make sure things are fixed correctly but not expensively. I will always come back for any issues..big or small. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable and Im very happy I found this place.

I have been consistently going to Western Tire and Auto for 7+ years. Their prices are very fair, especially compared to dealerships. Service here is super professional and always completed in a timely manner. My vehicles have been well taken care of, and I trust Deans opinion. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My 2003 Pathfinder had a broken weld on the exhaust , I had taken it to two other shops and was quoted a price of over $450.00 from both, Took it here and had the exhaust , Brakes and inspection done for under $350.00 and it was finished in a very timely manner.

Extreme over charging . Took my car elsewhere and was charged about 1/3 . They let my battery die so it would be harder for the next mechanic to get a read on the problem. Very dishonest.
