Good people deserve good business... I wanted to write my appreciation before too many more months go by. It was about 3months ago and I was taking my son to school and hit something right at Kisker Rd next to QT. It flattened my tire instantly & I pulled over to the side of the road and proceeded to freak out because it was 19 degrees outside. I knew my entire day had came to a screeching halt. I instantly called Cintech to reach Casey. She was there within 10 minutes. She insisted on running me & my son to his school. He was only 15 minutes late. I was back at her shop and had new tires within an hour and a half. I was back on the road by 10:00am. I can not begin to describe how much Casey has helped me out throughout the last 5 years I have been coming to Cintech. Its not just a business to her. About a year ago, she became the new owner of Cintech. She has a full agenda of work to do everyday and still you see her cheerful spirit and compassionate soul always shine through. She always treats her customers like family. I am honored to have been blessed with her support through the years and will never take my vehicle to any other repair shop. I have been to a lot of auto repair shops and I can honestly say this is hands down the best in the Midwest! Ive had nothing but the BEST of service from Cintech.They are the most genuine people Ive ever seen. They care, they always go the extra step and make u feel like your family.. They have phenomenal mechanics there and they are honest. They are on your side.. Cintech isnt about taking your money and jacking prices up like all the other horrible repair shops out there. Cintech Automotive has been my go-to place for service on my multiple vehicles for going on 10 years now. Always friendly, fast and most importantly, honest and efficient. Recently I had a service issue involving my daughters car while she was away at college in Chicago. From my phone conversation on her behalf, the repairman sounded to me like incompetent at best, or someone trying to rip her off, more likely. I called Cintech for advice. Knowing the cars history, they got on the phone with the Chicago shop involved and helped sort the issue out for me. I could go on and on, and still not say enough good about Cintech. When my car decided to die at the worst possible financial time Cintech came through and delivered wonderful service with exceptional pricing. As a young woman out on my own in an unfamiliar city I was stressed to the max! I From the business manager to the mechanic every interaction I had was friendly, efficient and informative. Being new to the area I was very nervous to go to an unfamiliar shop but it couldnt have worked out better. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen and I will be going out of my way to write reviews on any site I see because I believe this business should get the credit it deserves!

Cintech Automotive has been taking TREMENDOUS care of my cars since i turned 16! That was ten years ago! Cintech will explain any issues your car has with knowledgeable technicians and provide all possible options for repair. They give you an honest report of what is needed to be done ASAP and things that will be needed in the future. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed. Just picked up my Dodge Durango after having the water pump replaced and a new serpintine belt put in (coverd in anitfreeze). They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it repaired the same day. They have overnight drop off and offered to leave it in the lot locked if I had a spare key. The staff was friendly and offered me a new customer discount. Only reference i could give to them was the reviews I read on Google!
