The staff there was not very friendly, they guy behind the counter was however he just seemed like it was a huge bother to do the work. I scheduled an appointment for tires and wheels that I had already bought and just needed them to swap out with the factory ones. I Also wanted an alignment. I scheduled it at 530 since they close at 7 to give them plenty of time. Someone calls me to try to reschedule as I couldnt because I had other obligations. I told them I could go elsewhere if it was a problem and he said no go ahead and come in. Once I got there I was informed they wouldnt be able to perform the alignment because they didnt have the time. He tells me that he has techs going home. Its 530 and they close at 7? Mind you there was only 1 other vehicle being worked on. Ok its not a huge deal but I wanted to get my wheels and tires on. I leave and come back around 650 and had to wait. I dont mind waiting but the issue is the techs were yelling and cussing and it seemed like they were upset they had to stay after 7 to finish my vehicle. It wasnt a huge deal to me because I was the only one in the waiting room, however If there had been kids around they would have heard all this. Anyway they finish at 730 and the guy comes hauling ass through the parking lot in my truck and gets out and walks through the door, drops my keys in my hand and walks off. I tell him thank you and have a nice night and I get nothing, no eye contact, no thanks for your Buisness and spending your money here instead of somewhere else, nothing! He was in a hurry it seemed. Now I have pretty thick skin and normally I just brush it off and go about my day and not even write reviews. This time it struck a nerve and I was not satisfied with the customer service. The actual work they did was great besides the small scratch the put in my brand new wheels I paid a lot of money for. I didnt call and complain because I dont think it would go anywhere any way. If you use this place just go early as you dont want to burden them.

This place is horrible! Would not recommend to anyone. 1st. I called several places to get a quote-they offered the best quote over the phone but when I got there they did not honor it. 2nd-When I left I noticed my tire light was still on but hoped it would go off after driving-it didnt. 3rd- When I got home I looked in my trunk and the spare was still in there not under the vehicle where it belongs. I called the next day and told the manager what had happened-he told me it was a mistake and to bring it back in. OK 60 mile round trip but did so. I got there, they got my spare put back on but after 2 HOURS they could not get my tpms light to go off! Unfortunately they do not have the technology to fix my vehicles year. Now must take it to a dealership! No apologies. Nothing!! Before I took my vehicle to this place I told them the yr., make and model-would think they would tell you over the phone if they could fix your vehicle or not. The manager couldnt even look me in the eye.

WOULD GIVE 10 STARS!!!! My daughter and I called to ask if anyone could check and fill our cars tires before we headed out on a road trip. Rick Bon Durant said, "Sure! Just bring your cars by." Rick not only checked and filled all of our tires, but he offered to give our cars a once-over to make sure they were road trip ready. He topped off all of our washer fluid reservoirs, gave my daughter a tire gauge, taught her about the importance of regular air pressure checks and fluid checks, and quickly fixed a loose headlight connection - ALL FOR FREE AND WITHOUT OUR ASKING HIM TO DO ANY OF IT. He was so gracious and patient and thorough - all just to make sure a mother and daughter were safe while driving an eight-hour road trip. Thank you, Rick!

I have been going to auto tire for years now. I received two coupons for an oil change and I get either free windshield wipers or a free air filter. The first time I chose the air filter. The second time I chose the windshield wipers. My wipers were never changed. They were still dry rotted and fell apart 3 days after my oil change. Im doubtful that my tires actually get rotated and that my air filter was changed the first time. The last 3 times I have been in there the staff are joking around and cracking jokes about not wanting to be there. I dont want to be there anymore either. Very unprofessional and my car is not being taken care of, I only wish I would have paid more attention to these things sooner.

Second time going here and they will do everything to cheat you out of money. I went in for an oil change, brake check, tire check, and rotation. I know for a fact they didnt even look at my tires or my brakes because the handed me an empty "Brake and Tire Report Card" that gave me no information on the state of my tires. They didnt even give me a receipt. Thanks right my receipt says invoice, so now that I paid money they probably wont even fix anything. Considering they didnt check my brakes or tires, I doubt the rotated. Since they didnt do anything with the rest of my car how am I to know if they even changed my oil. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NEVER SETTING FOOT IN THE DOOR.

Be very careful here, they will try to sell you as much as possible. Went in for an oil change because I saw a coupon for $25 (or $15 with their card) and they would not accept bc I didnt have it with me it was in the car so they charged me $38. Then after I just had new brakes, tires, and rotors done less than 8 months ago they try to tell me I need to spend $800 for new brake pads and rotors. I mean really guys? Whatever happened to just being honest with people. You will find out in the long run, if youre greedy you wont keep your business!

READ THAT INVOICE before you let them do any work! I went in for two tires, and they tried to sneak a $100 alignment charge onto the bill. They turned the bill over for me to sign, and if I hadnt turned it back over, I would have been ripped off! I made them take the alignment off. While I was waiting, they came out and tried again to sell me the alignment, this time for $69. Told them no. Only reason they get two stars is because the tires themselves have been good. Will never go to this or any other Auto Tire again.

I had a warranty problem with my michelin tires and came here for the replacements. At some point the wrong tires were ordered and installed. I came back and they not only replaced them but made sure the car was driving great. Kudos to Rick and Chris for the best customer service in the world for a tire shop! You won back a customer for life (even if I was difficult)!!! Thanks again for all the hard work to make sure I walked away happy!
