This garage replaced all of my spark plugs and one coil in my truck (over $400). Less than 90 days later, one of the spark plugs literally blew out & they replaced it with a helicoil since it was under warranty. The owner was argumentative with me, claiming they did the job correctly, and that Fords were notorious for this. I had that truck for almost 15 years, had the spark plugs replaced numerous times and NEVER had a problem with ANY of them. A few months later, there was a similar problem with another spark plug. I took it to another garage - FOUR mechanics who looked at my truck told me that the spark plugs were not put in properly (too tight, crooked). Two mechanics worked at that garage, two are independent. AND - unbeknownst to me, the second spark plug that had a problem already had a helicoil on it!! Hmmm...how did that get there?? I paid to have it repaired and had to SELL my truck because I was informed it was likely going to be a chronic problem due to the spark plugs not being installed properly at Assured Automotive.

Came in with a noise coming from front end. Researched on line and thought I knew what it was and how much to fix it. I was prepared for the worst. Took my truck up to Assured and was told it was something other than the problem I had thought it was. They fixed it for about half of what I was prepared for. Very honest and reasonable on their prices. Also sent me across street to another repair shop for a TPM problem on my wifes car and they also fixed it in a matter of minutes for no charge. Sent my neighbor lady to them also, fixed her Jeep that had a persistent electrical problem other repair shops couldnt figure out. She came home very happy with them also. We originally took our 2006 Nissan Murano to the Nissan dealership to have them look at why our AC was not working properly. They came back and said we needed a condenser and a new sensor and quoted us at nearly $1900 for parts and labor as well as $90 to diagnose each issue. We decided to take a chance on a local auto mechanic shop and I cannot say enough good things about Tom and the service they provided. Tim who is the owner and was very polite and upfront about his pricing. After all was said and done we walked away paying a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge us at just over $700. We will absolutely do business with them again.

My car broke down near Assured Automotive. The owner Tim called me and was very polite. He fixed my car the very next day and did so at what I considered to be a reasonable rate. I do not live near Eureka, but if I do need a mechanic in the future I might just take the trip out there to have my car fixed, only because this experience was one of the best of all my mechanic experiences in the past. My son had to have his Saab towed there when the radiator failed. He was told they dont work on "German cars" (its Swedish, if you know anything about Saabs or cars in general), and when I called to tell them I would have it towed to another repair place, the person on the phone was very impolite, answering other phones and talking to other people, interrupting me several times and very rude. I would not take a car there for anything.

We love assured automotive! Tim (owner) is always honest with what he can or cant do for us and will tell us the best place to go if he cant! We have had other places give us a list of what needs to be done and Tim has told us the truth! The work is done quickly and at a fair price! We always refer people to Assured!

The owner, Tim, is great! He only makes the repairs that need to be made. I brought in a car that was making a strange sound. After looking at it, he explained what the noise was and offered to fix it, but he admitted that it was only a sound, but nothing to be concerned with.
