My experience at this Dobbs deserves 5 stars, and Im not a Dobbs fan. We were stranded at the Lake St. Louis exit on I-70 last Friday with a blown out tire on our RV. 30 miles earlier we suffered a blowout, put on our spare, and made it to Lake STL when the 2nd one blew. Without another spare we were sunk. RV Roadside Assistance (from Route 66) expected 2.5 to 3.0 hours to get help from the Bridgeton area. I checked my phone for tires near our location and found the Wentzville Pkwy Dobbs 5 miles away. I called... they had the tires we needed and gave us priority service because we were stranded. They had new tires on both wheels in less than 30 minutes, and we were back on the road in less than 1.5 hours total. Thank you, Dobbs Team.

I needed my car inspected to renew my plates. Unfortunately I waited till the the last day I could possibly do it. I went to Dobbs to see if they could squeeze me in as I know an inspection only takes maybe 20 minutes. They said it would be a week and a half before they could even look at it. I went across the street to Jiffy Lube and was in and out the door, signed off and ready to go to get new plates, in less than half an hour. I agree with Wes, they definitely arent the quickest place in town.

Took my car in because I thought the drivers side cv axel was bad. They looked at the car and determined it was the passenger side and replaced it. Could not be happier with the results. No more noise and a fast repair that has thier fixed forever guarantee. Great commutation during the process and even gave me a lift back to the house after I dropped the car off.

Long story short. Asked for a quote on repairing oil leak. Paid close to 900 to get it done. Gaskets and a differential cover. Car spent a week and a half in the shop in between me coming to get it and returning it as they broke the power steering pump and had to replace it three times. Car still leaks .. Dont go here. Doesnt even deserve one star.

Expect to have your car returned in a worse state than you dropped it off. Every time they have changed my oil, the oil has been extremely over filled. I had my new brake rotors and pads installed by them and now have problems with the brake calipers that started immediately after their work. Of course, they have no idea whats wrong.

This place is a total rip off. Took car there to get a valve stem replaced (A VALVE STEM!!!) They wanted to charge 50-55 dollars. Checked it out at Wal-Mart in Wentzville and they charge 3 dollars. Called them back and mentioned this to them and got nothing. To Adam at Dobbs tire you can suck a big one!!!

If you need tires on in a hury Dobbs is not the place to go. Apparently they have so much business that in two hours they couldnt even check the tread on my tires. If you feel like being treated as nobody and your business doesnt really matter then Dobbs is the place for you.

Had a great experience. I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked to, however they were very busy and were doing as best as they could to keep up. They also kept me updated as to how long everything would take.

They forgot to put my oil cap back on after changing the oil. Car started smoking and oil sprayed all over the entire engine compartment and hood.
