I have always liked this place. I still liked this place, even though my hair was messed up pretty bad and I went to get it fixed( It was an Aline cut...the right side of my hair was like it had not really been touched...thick and smooth and quite a bit longer...the left side was very choppy and short...angled weird.... I called in the morning and schedule to have it fixed by the same lady at noon which was my lunch break. When I got there I asked to speak to the owner so that she could see I wasnt exaggerating...the right side of my hair and the owner cut my hair. She fixed it a lot better and told me to come back if I find anything else wrong with it...keep in mind I was on my lunch break and it did look better than before....but after looking at it in my mirror at work..the right side was still longer and not angled right...which coworkers noticed and I have taken pictures of...if anyone would like to see them.....I called this afternoon to go back in and the lady who answered the phone told me the owner would be gone until tuesday....she told me id have to get the lady who cut it before to cut it...I agreed..and she said "I thought she was going to cut it in the first place". I really got the feeling she was aggrevated and annoyed with me.....which very much upsets me because I am pregnant...and my husband watched the kids so I could have a relaxind day to get my hair done...and Im not the one who messed my hair up. Im so upset because its even shorter now and still not fixed properly.....I am so dissapointed
