Worst service I have ever encountered at a Great Clip. They were empty when I walked in...co workers chatting in the back. I wasnt greeted..I said hello twice only to be ignored both times. Very sassy lady working that seems to hate her job. I walked out. If you want to go to a Great Clips spend 3 min more in the car and drive to the location on 22nd street. Dawn is great!

Checked in on line. Said 5 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes later and gal said 15 to 20 minutes and there were 3 people ahead of me. I said no thank you and as I walked out heard her making rude comments behind my back that its an estimated wait. Will never come back to Cobblestone Great Clips. The Great Clips on Ashworth has amazing service and will stick w/ that one.
