I dont know what the other people are talking about. Ive been seeing Melissa exclusively for the last 5 years. Ive followed her to 3 different locations. She does an amazing job and is one of the sweetest people youre likely to ever be fortunate enough to meet! There are people who like their job and people who love it. Melissa loves her job. As for the 60th and Ashworth location, the rest of the staff is always super friendly, the place is clean, and they get people in really quickly. Love the online check in. Whats not to like about this place?!?!?

I enjoy this location for the chatty, friendly staff and quick service. The budget haircut chains are all similar in prices and design, so the people working there make the difference for me. Ive been here 3x in 3 months, and Ill continue to visit them for my styling needs.

My personal review is -5. Wrost hair cut and treating a customer is very bad. They just dont care about the hair cut we need, they do in their own way and the final output is shittt!!!!
